Rep. Al Baldasaro’s committee, the Committee on State and Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs, is going to be holding a subcommittee hearing tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. in Room 203 of the Legislative Office Building for HB89,
AN ACT requiring the attorney general to file lawsuits challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s cap and trade program.”
Please come and show your support for this bill. Our opposition was in attendance in force at the initial hearing, including SEIU members in their purple shirts. The battle has come home folks, and there will be several bills this term, including this one, to add tools to New Hampshire’s tool box to oppose Obamcare. We need them all to pass, so the Senate can get to work on one or two versions that will work for the state.
