When the globe didn’t ‘warm’ the alarmists changed the name, and so it goes with ‘OUR State Project.’  These ideological alarmists are changing their name, probably because few to none of the handful of ‘members’ are from New Hampshire.  Or maybe it is because of all the negative attention they are getting after ideological xenophobe Cynthia Chase had her recruiting remarks scraped off Facebook, tying the group to the out of state funded progressive lobbying group Granite State Progress.

Out of state members, out of state money, a group named OUR state, trying to scare people into fearing the “uncertainty” of freedom and liberty.  Didn’t Vladimir Putin make the same case in Crimea and Ukraine?  They didn’t want liberty.  They didn’t want any semblance of autonomy from the centrally planned superstate.  They wanted serfdom at the hands of an elite ruling class directed by people from somewhere else.

The other day I posted an article observing that the Anti-Liberty Hate Group OUR State Project (OSP) could not escape affiliation with the Progressive, out-of-state-funded GraniteState Progress (GSP).  The post was inspired by a screen grab of a tweet reported to have come from an OUR State project Twitter account.

The anti-Liberty hate Group OUR State Project does exist, or did.  Members included Democrats Cynthia Chase and Susan Bruce.  And they were using the GSP offices.  These things we know from Cynthia Chase herself.  Affiliation and coordination at that point were a given whether they tried to deny it or not.

Efforts by Democrats to point fingers over the abuses at the VA will continue but some unpleasant facts remain. Since January 2007 the Democrats have had a majority control of the Federal government, and therefore oversight of departments like the Veterans Administration. For those who were forced to use Common Core or Everyday Math, that is over seven years of majority rule oversight.

Seven years is a long time, almost as long as George Bush was the President. And there is mounting evidence that whatever problem they insist they ‘inherited,’ it has gotten much worse, in contradiction to the Obama Admin rhetoric.

After SandyHook, California added 11 new anti-gun bills into state law. California, the land of rich liberals who have a lock on power, gets an A- for Gun Control from the Brady Campaign.  Not sure how they rate on knives or BMW’s but guess what they get an F in?

It’s understandable that the grief-stricken father of one of the victims would lash out, in this case at the NRA. But the hard fact here is that California — a state that is run from top to bottom by liberal Democrats — did exactly what gun control advocates asked. Not to put too fine a point on it, but the Elliot Rodger shooting illustrates exactly the point of gun law critics. It isn’t the gun, it’s the person. In fact, three of the victims were not shot — they were stabbed to death.

Elliot Rodger was mentally ill. His own family had alerted authorities that they were concerned about their son.

California was recently given an “F” by the Treatment Advocacy Center for the abysmal state of its mental commitment laws.

Rodger did not ‘Slip under the radar.’  The disarm yourselves–the”government will protect you” system–failed again.

Letting you brush your teeth, plant a shrub, or mow your lawn without a regulator over your shoulder. Deciding what your child should eat for lunch.  Paying a few cents less per gallon for gas. Allowing you to own chickens. Un-scrambling the Kudzu of the bureaucracy.  Letting you have and use a rain barrel.  That you might be able to buy and pay for your own health insurance.  Taking responsibility for your own children’s education!  And reminding everyone that the government is paid for by taking money from people like you and I who work very hard to earn it and that it is easier to keep an eye on how it is spent when that money stays closer to your towns and cities.  Yes, all of these ‘extremist ‘aka-Kitchen Table” ideas’ are being stuffed into the heads of every-day citizens by liberty minded people who dare to think that you can take  a step without the state spying o your every move, guiding your path and pace, and picking your pocket to pay for the privilege of having your life micr0managed by idiots elected ‘experts’ and their cadre of government officers.

This, we are told, cannot be allowed to continue, and any effort to suggest it, let alone edit the rols of government to loosen your bonds in deemed subversive by the professional left.

To them, that “Liberty menace” is real, because it stands in the way of bigger budgets and larger governmen; and the Democrats at GraniteState Progress and the ‘OUR State Project’ (or is that OUR Out of State funded) Project, are here to defend us from them.

The Democrats promised that if you disarm, the government will protect you, but they lied.  Six more people are dead and thirteen injured (in Santa Barbra), all of whom either believed the government’s lie, or were prohibited from arming themselves as a matter of policy.  They followed the rules, and in return they were injured or killed.  They were disarmed and left to the will of criminals until someone who was allowed to carry a gun could be found and summoned to defend them.

In Chicago, where the biggest liars seem to come from, dozens die every week because they were promised that if they disarm, the government will protect them.  But in fact, the only places where people are least likely to die at the hands of criminals are the places where the people refuse to trust the government’s lie about the government protecting them.

Those crazy Progressives at GraniteState Progress are harboring their very own McCarthyesque “Liberty Menace” movement.  It’s called the “OUR State Project” and it’s like our very own little ‘Red Scare!’ right here in New Hampshire.

They will be looking behind the bushes for anyone who exhibits personal responsibility or that dares to openly suspect that people don’t need the government to do everything for them.  Anyone who even appears to present a threat to the New Hampshire Democrat Party Agenda will be black listed, marked with the “Liberty letter,” and paraded in the court of public opinion as threats to Democracy.

But, I didn’t think the Brown Shirts at “OUR State Project” NH would spend any of GSP’s Democracy Alliance out-of-state stash on “marketing material” suited to their actual mission, so I thought I’d lend a hand.
