Jim Foley: theft, lies, forgery, disbarment and less than honorable discharge

foleysenate

Last night someone posted a document so damning about Jim Foley (running for NH Senate in District 19) that the Windham Republican Town Committee almost instantaneously removed it.  Some on the Windham Committee support Jim Foley.  It’s unfortunate they don’t want voters getting the truth.  Luckily the document is still available
here [and here: FOLEY ].  Apparently Jim Foley has a lengthy record of crime including forgery, fraud and theft.  The man was less than honorably discharged from the Marines but he was also disbarred from practicing law by the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

The very first item in the document shows that Foley was investigated by the FBI for devising a scheme to defraud and to obtain money, funds, credits, assents and security that were under the control of the MCB Federal Credit Union.  The document gives some details from the testimony of an FBI agent.

Apparently Foley was actually a lawyer as well (funny that’s not in his bio anywhere) and was taken to task about his professional conduct in New Hampshire for stealing from a Legal Clinic he was working for.  Foley was accused (and admitted) lying about the total amount of money each client gave him; taking the extra money for himself and giving the Legal Clinic less than 100% of what was truly earned.

Foley’s excuse for the behavior

Boutin is a Conservative like I am a Progressive

boutintaxfighter

Oh the bittersweet irony.  When I clicked on a link to review another article about failed Republicans putting Obamacare’s Medicaid Expansion into place, I got an ad from Senator David Boutin saying he’s ‘fighting for taxpayers’.

Really?  David Boutin fights for taxpayers and I’m Queen Mary.  Give me a break.  The irony was not lost on me.  The article shows how Republicans in Pennsylvania have decided to cave and screw taxpayers, along with the most vulnerable in the state, to put Obamacare’s Expansion into place.

Are the Seacoast Republican Women sexist or just biased?

An email received Tuesday from the Seacoast Republican Women’s organization advertises an event being held by Senator Nancy Stiles.  Stiles is up for re-election in the Seacoast region in district 24.  Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal except they haven’t done the same for any other candidates in the area.  Steve Kenda is Nancy Stiles’ primary opponent and they have never posted any activities or events for him.  Sexist much?

Maybe it’s just bias because they haven’t bothered posting anything for other females running for Senate in the Seacoast Region either.   Have they completely jumped the shark since they claim they do not endorse candidates in the primary?  Or are they just showing their bias against candidates that aren’t in bed with the “Establishment”.   Either way they wouldn’t comment when asked so assumptions will be made.

David Boutin asks…

Just like his voting record – Senator Boutin gets worse as the night goes on – Part 5

As the night goes on Senator  Boutin only gets worse, to the point the bartender intervenes as he curses at the patrons on the other side of the bar.  Even telling the bartender to “F*ck Off” and calling one guy a “F*cking A$$hole.”  It’s hard to believe you’re watching a sitting New Hampshire State Senator … Read more

NH Senate Republican Majority PAC lies about anti-2nd Amendment Senators

The NH Senate Republican Majority PAC  beclowns itself:   “The Senate Republican Majority PAC’s mission is to support and elect Republicans to the New Hampshire State Senate.”  By paying for a 4-color mailer costing $5,000 or more, it attempts to impose mass amnesia on Senate 16 District voters in order to make them forget just how anti-firearms … Read more

Jeanne Shaheen the clucking machine?

Seen outside of Lindy’s Diner before a Shaheen event today.  Think she gets the hint?  Not ONE of the Democrats in New Hampshire who hold National offices have bothered to give a town hall in a very, very, very long time.   Granite Staters deserve BETTER than representatives who are too chicken to stand up for … Read more

Manchester Parents are fighting back against Mayor Gatsas’ “Broken Promises”

BROKENPROMISES

The flier above is what’s being dropped around Manchester so that parents and members of the community are aware of the egregious votes that are going on at the Curriculum and Instruction Committee (C&I) and will appear before the Manchester School Board on August 11th.  Members of both the C&I and the school board have said parents don’t care (parents don’t typically know what the school board is doing in the middle of summer) so they may be in for a surprise next Monday.

There’s a storm brewing in Manchester and again Common Core is the epicenter

tornadoregencygroup

As reported by Rich Girard on “Girard At Large” yesterday, the state battle over Common Core continues in Manchester.    Since the Curriculum and Instruction Committee (C&I) decided to approve what they claim to be “better standards” over Common Core and push forward to a vote by the Manchester School Board, there has been controversy about whether they are truly the “highest standards” as Mayor Gatsas promised.

Once people started looking at the standards, they discovered that the “highest standards” were nothing but Common Core standards with a few tweaks.   Since Common Core standards are actually lower standards than Manchester’s original standards, this is causing some issues with people who truly care about the education of Manchester’s children.   Meanwhile parents are on vacation and have no idea what is really going on at City Hall.

That’s when the storm started brewing.  A group in Manchester started dropping off literature about Mayor Gatsas’ “Broken Promises” and why they should “Demand Better” by appearing at the Manchester School Board meeting on August 11.  The literature drops are in various neighborhoods throughout the city and appeared to have started last weekend.  A bulletin board on South Willow Street (a very busy intersection in the city) is alerting parents that they can say “No to Common Core” by attending the meeting.

Sexist NH Democrat Reps don’t believe female Independents should have political opinions

overtsexism

According to tweets yesterday from Representative  Timothy Horrigan (D –Durham) and   Representative Peter Sullivan (D – Manchester),   women who are Independent voters are not allowed to have their own political opinions.  The latest attack from my 2 favorite left wing NH Political trolls came from a tweet I  re-tweeted back on July 3.  Not sure why it came back up 3 weeks later but it did (I re-tweeted a meme about Obama sending more people to block WWII vets from the Memorial than sending help to Benghazi):

horrigan2

Now, I was anti-Obama before it was ‘cool’ to be anti-Obama, way back in 2008 after doing my research.  It was never a matter of Democrat or Republican to me, it was that Obama was not a good Presidential candidate (and boy was I right!).  I happen to know a lot of Indies with the same view but apparently to Horrigan I’m not supposed to have an opinion.  Note: the above tweet has since been deleted by Horrigan.

Governor Hassan continues to treat women like stupid cows

After the U.S. Senate voted down a bill that would attempt to reverse the Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby ruling, Governor Hassan thought she’d add her 2 cents in a ridiculous facebook post:

“Ensuring that women and their families can make their own health care and family planning decisions is critical to their economic well-being and the economy of our entire state and nation. I’m disappointed that the U.S. Senate did not move forward with this important legislation; I will continue to work on state-level solutions in order to ensure that women have comprehensive health insurance coverage, protect women’s access to affordable critical health services and protect their religious freedom.”

Once again it is clear she never bothered to read the Hobby Lobby case or the SCOTUS ruling.  Once again she continues to treat women like stupid cows who cannot purchase their own birth control.  Birth Control is not a critical health service.  Even if a woman needs to use Plan B because she had unprotected sex, she can easily buy it over the counter at most pharmacies across New Hampshire.   Remember, having sex and using birth control are both choices, as well as buying Plan B.

So now we know what Walt Havenstein thinks of the TEA Party and 9/12 Project

Jeanne Shaheen is a women’s health care wrecking machine

You see, when Shaheen was Governor of New Hampshire, she decided she wanted to force ridiculous mandates onto health insurance companies. At the time the Granite State had many health insurance companies doing business and providing coverage to residents. Women could get all sorts of health insurance plans and they were affordable.

Once Shaheen put her mandates into place the majority of health insurers left the state; leaving women with few

Deranged women demand birth control! Why stop there?

Woman Holding Onto Man's LegToday Jeanne Shaheen decided that jobs & the economy (which have been an epic fail under Democrat rule) are far less important than birth control.  She signed on to the following idiocy:

The Protect Women’s Health from Corporate Interference Act of 2014, introduced by U.S. Senators Patty Murray (D-WA) and Mark Udall (D-CO) and co-sponsored by Shaheen, would amend the Public Health Service Act to prevent employers from denying their employees or their employees’ dependents health coverage that is guaranteed to them under existing law. Under the legislation, employers, regardless of religious affiliation would not be allowed to deny their employees contraceptive coverage or any other specific health care item or service. The law also maintains the existing exemption for houses of worship and religious non-profits.

Since birth control is readily available and easily accessible across the country (taxpayers DO spend almost 1/2 BILLION on Planned Parenthood alone in this country) I think there are things that are much more necessary and much more difficult to get that I want Shaheen to DEMAND from my employers.   The list is below:

A Unified Party? For what – the same bogus line that Scott Brown fed Massachusetts voters?

brownromney

The Scott Brown campaign released a video today talking about ‘Unity’ of the Party and how he’ll be an ‘Independent Voice’ for New Hampshire.  Really?  Like he was an Independent voice in Massachusetts when he voted with Obama and Democrats (and AGAINST his constituents) more often than not?  Like when he voted for Dodd-Frank, crafted by far left wing lunatic Lizzie Warren who doesn’t know the first thing about the financial industry, and is probably the worst piece of legislation to hit the banking and finance industry in years.  Dodd-Frank actually hurts”We, The People” more than anyone.

Are you going to believe Brown is an ‘Independent Voice’ when he voted for gun control in Massachusetts that hurt law-abiding citizens?  How about his knee-jerk emotional reaction to the Sandy Hook tragedy when he said ‘assault rifles’ (no such thing) should be banned on the federal level?  That’s not an ‘Independent Voice’, that is a voice of NO reason.

And what about Mitt Romney?  Should people unify around a party that pushed a man to run for office after the Romneycare debacle?

Lunatic left compares American practicing 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights to Islamic Jihadist

leftistlunaticsYou simply cannot make this stuff up.  A Conservative blogger posted a photo of herself holding an AR-15 and a Bible while standing in front on an American Flag.  Somehow SHE is an extremist according to the facebook page called ‘The Blue Street Journal‘.  It should really be called the left wing lunatic journal but I digress.

The blogger is ‘Hashtag Holly‘ who has previously spoken out about Obamacare.  The left doesn’t like it when anyone speaks against their messiah’s worst ‘achievement’ to date so they attacked her for that originally.  She was also apparently vocal about the Supreme Court ruling regarding Hobby Lobby.

In her photo Holly is clearly making a statement about the 1st and 2nd Amendments.  Only a complete and utter lunatic would think there is anything extreme about this photo or believe it has negative connotations, which is exactly what the knuckle-dragging twits at this page did.

FOUND: Video of Sandra Fluke from her Childhood

Given the latest hysteria and lies over the Supreme Court ruling in the Hobby Lobby case,  I searched high and low over the interwebs and discovered a video of Sandra ‘I can’t buy my own birth control’ Fluke from her childhood.

Not much has changed into her ‘adulthood’ only she doesn’t want golden eggs now, she wants thousands of dollars of birth control she apparently needs each year.  And she doesn’t want her actual Daddy to pay for it, she wants Big Daddy Government or Big Daddy Employer to pay for it.

Somehow women of her ilk are so weak-minded and pathetic they cannot shell out the few dollars a month it costs to pay for their sexual proclivities.  Sex is apparently their choice but purchasing birth control must be the responsibility of their employer or the government.  These ‘adult women’ continue to act like petulant children.

Hassan, Shaheen and Shea-Porter spew lies about Hobby Lobby ruling

the-sky-is-falling-2-chicken-littleToday the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that Hobby Lobby couldn’t be forced by the federal government (under Obamacare) to provide contraception that may cause an abortion.  The case first came up back in 2012 when Hobby Lobby discovered they’d be forced to provide contraception to their employees that goes against their religious beliefs.  They currently provide all other types of contraception but disagreed, due to their beliefs, in providing the abortive types.

The lies and hysteria of the left over Hobby Lobby have been previously debunked but that hasn’t stopped them from spewing them all over again. Governor Hassan, Senator Shaheen and Representative Carol Shea-Porter all repeated more lies.  They continually insult women and treat them as if they are pea-brained flying monkeys who will simply believe anything they say and repeat it.  Their statements are below:

Governor Maggie Hassan today issued the following statement after the United States Supreme Court’s ruling in the Hobby Lobby case:

Access to family planning services is critical for the health and economic security of women and families, as contraception costs are one of the biggest health care expenses for women and their families. While today’s Supreme Court decision is disappointing, I’m optimistic that employers will continue providing coverage for family planning services because it’s the right thing to do for workers, it will help businesses attract high-quality employees, and it will strengthen the economic security of working families.

Clearly Hassan did not read the case nor follow up on the

Another strike against Boutin, Stiles and other GOP Senators

abuseguiltyLast week I posted a blog about Governor Hassan treating innocent Granite Staters like drug abusers.  It’s only fair to call out those GOP Senators who sponsored this ridiculous invasion of privacy as well.  So here goes:  Boutin, Stiles, Obamacare Odell (luckily he’s retiring but remember he’s pushing Democrat Donor Jerry ‘knows’ Little in District 8), Bradley,  Carson, Larsen, D’Allesandro and ‘gas taxer’ Rausch (also thankfully retiring but backing Foley) along with Senator John Reagan (who sponsored the overreaching government hackery as a State Rep in 2012).  All of these people should be ashamed of themselves.

This bill will do nothing to stop drug dealers or drug addicts who already break the law but has the potential to hurt innocent people.  The fact that people’s personal health information is in a state database is egregious enough but they are assuming they all have the potential to be drug abusers or dealers.
