Windham School Board – That Transgender Bathroom policy really isn’t official? Part 4

WSD-LogoThe machinations of the Windham School Board concerning their Transgender Policy JBAB, for whatever reason, still bugs the heck out me. I really think that a lot of it is summed up in this part of the policy which does two dastardly actions:

  • Demands, by the Government board, coerced speech on the part of students and staff, in support of a Progressive policy that many reject
  • Provides for punishment if said folks decide to not follow said mandatory coerced speech

To wit (emphasis mine):

C. Names/Pronouns
A student has the right to be addressed by a name or pronoun that corresponds to the student’s gender identity.  A Court-order name or gender change is not required and the student need not change his or her official records.  The intentional or persistent refusal to respect a student’s gender identity (for example, intentionally referring to the student by a name or pronoun that does not correspond to the student’s gender identity) is a violation of this policy.

Live Free or Die“, the concept of Individual Liberty and Freedom, does not exist with Rob Breton, Dennis Senibaldi, Keleigh McAllister, and Daniel Popovici-Muller  (Tom Murray, the only Conservative on the Windham School Board, voted against it seeing it for what it is – entrenching a Progressive morality and displacing Traditional Norms).

So, I just issued a second RSA 91-A Right To Know demand; I am pretty sure that it won’t be too well received:

And as long as I’m talking about schools – March 14

MRSD_logo_270_250So, the kids in high schools (and lower) all want to have a breath of fresh air on Wednesday the 14th to commemorate the 17 lives that were lost in South Florida and to protest that they aren’t safe because a former (expelled) student shot up his classmates.  Are they protesting him?  Nope.  Are they protesting the Broward County Sheriff whose deputies went to his house over 40 times because of alleged problems? Nope.  Are they protesting the policy in which the Obama Administration paid off the county, the locals, and the school district to lower the stats of kids being arrested which allowed this sociopath to skip free? Nope. Are they protesting the cowardly deputies that stayed outside while he was killing his fellow students?  Nope. Are they protesting all of this government failure that would have put him on the prohibited NICS list so that he couldn’t buy a gun in the first place?

Nope.

Blogline of the Day – the hypocrisy of the NH Democrats is unbelievable

From Kimberly’s post: It’s ironic that the same New Hampshire Democrats who don’t want 18-year old adults to protect or save their own lives are the same Democrats who believe 14-year old children can end the lives of their unborn babies without even notifying their parents. That’s because they aren’t your children – they belong … Read more

Blogline of the Day – the hypocrisy of Hollywood is unbelievable

OK, two lines at once but the description of “The Shape of Water” is hysterical! When the guy who hosted the breast-obsessed ‘Man Show’ appears onstage with an NBA player once accused of rape to give awards to people who spent decades doing business with Harvey Weinstein — you know Hollywood has gotten serious about … Read more

“Difference between Nazi and Communist is when you say how horrible Nazis have been, they don’t say “Well, real Nazism has never been tried.” -Frank J. National Reciprocity would be a good start.  After all, those who hold CCW licenses (pistol/revolver license here in NH) have been shown to be many times more law abiding than police; how much safe do you want to get?  And I’ve never seen the “rivers of blood in the streets” that the anti-Constitution folks scream … Read more

Part 2: Windham School Board – I feel the dark shadows around them and their policies unfollowed

WSD-LogoI have been remiss on keeping up on the two RSA 91-A demands that I have made lately.  This one, concerning the Windham School Board, I believe is the more important one:

Please know that this is a formal RSA 91-A request for all materials (e.g., hardcopy, softcopy, emails, documents, voicemails, minute meetings (draft and approved) and videos, et al) pertaining to how your Policy BGB (“Policy Adoption”) was utilized in approving and adopting your Policy JBAB (“Transgender and Gender Non-conforming Students”). This is also a formal demand that any and all responsive materials are to be retained and not to be deleted.

This RSA 91-a is looking for actual source materials that would prove that Policy BGB was followed to the letter (as opposed to someone merely stating “we followed our procedure”). What was your timeline of events, in detail, with respect to hewing to your Policy BGB for Policy JBAB:

And it goes on for the particulars.  Well, I got an answer back and it WAS within the 5 business day window allowed by the law.  Here it is:

Part 2 – FB Doodlings: Fearmongering by the Portsmouth City Planning Staff???

PortsmouthThe original post is here – the relevant background (reformatted):

That would be city planner Peter Britz. Nice to not scare people – and in the same article, decides to do exactly that: City planning staff has estimated that Portsmouth will see sea water rise 2 feet by 2050 and 6 feet by 2100, Britz said.

Right – that would be 0.75? per year for the next 32 years.  Scary numbers, eh?  Being that I can’t help myself, I decided to bring up a couple numbers of my own:

Methinks Peter Britz needs to go back to 3rd grade for a remedial class in simple arithmetic.  NOAA is reporting that the Atlantic Coast off NH is rising at a whole 0-3mm / year. Let’s take the worst case of 3mm / year. Over 32 years (2050, where he says that the rise will be TWO FEET!), that translates to…..drum roll please…….3 inches. 3mm = 0.11811?.

By 2100, that would be almost 10 inches. Yep, I guess that close enough 6 feet (72?), by golly! Start screaming “WE’RE DOOMED!”

And then I issued a RSA 91-A (Right To Know or RTK) request to them (the relevant parts):

Part 1 follow up – Cornerstone: On House Passage of Gender-Bender Bills – HB 1319

Cornerstone logoI’m following up on the Op-Ed by Cornerstone post with the actual votes by Republicans.  Here are the Republicans that voted for “prohibiting discrimination based on gender identity” and have, with their vote, helped to solidify and codify the Progressive Identity Politics group – another nail in the coffin of E Pluribus Unum or, if you prefer, a melting pot.  This is not about discrimination this was about putting another notch on the Democrat handle – “look what we made the Republicans do FOR us” (like raising the gas tax of a few years ago).

Part 2 follow up – Cornerstone: On House Passage of Gender-Bender Bills – HB 1532

Again, I’m following up on the Op-Ed by Cornerstone post with the actual votes by Republicans.  Here are the Republicans that voted against HB1532 ( “prohibiting gender reassignment surgery for minors.” – This means that House members want taxpayers to be forced to participate in irreversible and unnecessary surgery and chemical treatments for minors).  Yet, the House voted to up the marriage age; young hetersexual marriage (before 16) bad but young (and younger) genital mutilation (because that’s what happens during reassignment and chemical treatments) is perfectly fine.

Do they ever think cohesively? As in one thing is chained to others?

Part 3 follow up – Cornerstone: On House Passage of Gender-Bender Bills – HB 1560

taxesSo now the Republican are assisting the Democrats in shoving NH closer and closer to a broad-based tax?  Jeb Bradley and Chuck Morse have all but said it by trying to show what was their MAHvelous Obamacare Medicaid Expansion plan into “managed care” plans (anyone else have a bad experience with HMOs in the past?  Bueller? Bueller?) in trying to contain costs they incurred by shoving 50,000 additional able-bodied workers (many, many already covered by private insurance) onto the Public Dole.  And now the R’s have decided that Federal / NH taxpayers are going to give up even more for what should be elective surgery (or at the least, their costs instead of our costs).

Part 4 – And now to wrap up the Donna Sawyer from Windham troll story

Donna Sawyernice site you got there; would be a shame if something were to happen to it

OK, I’m late on finishing this story – see Parts one, two, and three. To recap, just about the time that we put up a post –  Windham School Board Approves Unconstitutional “BATHROOM BILL” Policy – and as I said then, the timing was uncanny as she decided, like a lot of Progressives try to do, to attack a revenue source that conservatives use to fund their work.  It was as if she was trying to Alinsky us (trust me, Ms. Sawyer, far better people have tried to do that than you). The innuendo was that we were “illegal” because some people were too stupid (in her eyes) to figure out that clicking on the Amazon et al widgets on our sidebar might, just MIGHT, put a coin or two into the ‘Grok’s pocket.  My response was:

We don’t do product reviews, haven’t done “paid posts” for years, we don’t put “buy now” buttons anywhere, we don’t do product endorsements, we don’t do links in posts to marketeers.

But was she satisfied with that?

Windham WEA not only proves it’s not “for the children” but it’s only for the “rich” teachers as well

Windham WEA Collective bargaining step ratesFormer US Speaker of the House Tip O’Neal (D-MA) famously said of national politics “ALL politics is local”.  Early in ‘Grok history, we turned that around to “Politics: if it is happening here, it’s happening in your town, too” as we described some of the political machinations of our little hamlet and surrounding areas.  I’ve been blogging about Windham’s School Board (hi Rob Breton, Dennis Senibaldi!) for a bit now over their ramming of their Transgender policy down the conservative throats of the residents there – making transgender kids, a la the Democrat / Progressive / Socialist methods, a protected political class and wiping out any vestige of the Normal kids’ privacy rights.  Oh, they wrap it up in such delicate, smooth talking language but as I pointed out earlier, they then threaten anyone in the District that doesn’t toe their line about coerced speech.  More on that later.

So in the latest “contract” with the Windham School Board, the older, more experienced, and RICHER teachers decided to shive their younger, less experienced, and poorer teachers by grabbing all of the cash of the newest and bloated teachers contract.

Sidenote: That same group of adults (writ large) always couches their arguments in saying “it’s for the children” as if that covers all the holes in all of their arguments.  It is but one of the Political Correctness Sledgehammers that the Left uses to silence dissent of all kinds because that Sledgehammer comes smacking down into their PC Anvil if you even DARE to disagree called “What, you HATE CHILDREN??”.  It’s what they say when

So Google says that Planned Parenthood is a PRO-life organization

This is what Google reports for a search for “pro-life organizations”.  Note who is Number 1 – yeah, sure Google. I replicated this search tonite at 8:27pm.  With it doing 328,348 child killing abortions in 2015-2016, how COULD Planned Parenthood ever be considered a “pro-life” organization?  This can’t be a mistake – it has to be deliberate … Read more

Go ahead, keep giving me reasons to NOT watch your products – the Oscars

GunControlOscarsPins-640x480UPDATED: An orange flag will be worn by all of the Oscars attendees in support of gun control.

The celebrities will be making a political statement as the symbols are a show of support for the gun control advocacy group Everytown for Gun Safety. According to their website, Everytown “is a movement of Americans working together to end gun violence and build safer communities” founded by Michael Bloomberg. The pins have been sent to The Wall Group, a key agency, and will be distributed prior to the red carpet. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the pins will likely feature the slogan used by Parkland shooting survivors, “#NeverAgain.”

Everytown is an Astroturf outfit bankrolled by former NYC mayor and billionaire Bloomberg who hates guns (even as he’s surrounded by armed guards all the time). They exist, not for ending gun violence but for ending gun violence via complete civilian disarmament.
