Do you want to Make America Healthy Again?

Don’t vote for Ayotte . . . unless she recants what she wrote in her 2019 pandemic book: Ending the Cycle of Crisis and Complacency in U.S. Global Health Security.

In her book Ayotte discusses the need to:

  • censor social media during pandemics to “combat false, misleading misinformation and disinformation,” and
  • submit to the World Health Organization.

Much of so-called “misinformation” that was censored during the 2020 Covid pandemic turned out to be quite accurate. Ivermectin, for example, is a good example of a demonized medical treatment that is, in fact, quite beneficial to patients. Not only were social media posts regarding Ivermectin censored, but doctors were afraid to prescribe it lest they lose their medical licenses.

Free people need an open exchange of ideas, allowing individuals to make fully informed decisions after considering all viewpoints. Throttling free speech is not only dangerous, it’s unconstitutional.

According to Ayotte, during a pandemic, the director general of the World Health Organization should have the power to detain individuals, place travel restrictions, force health interventions (such as testing, inoculation, and medical treatments), and require medical examinations.

If that happens, we are all effectively chattel slaves: we won’t even own our own bodies.

When asked during the recent Chamber of Commerce debate in Nashua: “Do you support censorship of social media during a pandemic?”, Ayotte responded that she “opposed censorship.” Tough to reconcile that with her book, where she wrote the opposite. Which is it? Is she lying to get elected? Why should we trust her? Given her track record of voting with Democrats, I’d expect her to “oppose censorship unless it’s important not to.”

Unless Ayotte publicly reverses her position on censorship and medical mandates, and explicitly supports individual rights, medical freedom, and state sovereignty, she’s far too radical and dangerous to be the next New Hampshire governor. Remember how the Noble Nine were attacked by Sununu because they exercised their free speech rights? Ayotte would be a Sununu on steroids.
