That’s from Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order 72. What a mess. The sort of bureaucrat rats nest you’d expect from a cabal set on undermining your ability to understand the expectations—a state not of emergency but cultural fascism.
What does it mean? The Emergency order that is. That his excellency would like everyone who travels outside New England to embrace self-imposed 14-day quarantine.
You leave the reservation; you have to lockdown for two weeks when you get back. No symptoms, too bad.
You were going to visit your family for a holiday? I hope you have vacation time left, assuming you still have a job or a business with which to return. By Christmas, we may all be facing widespread tyranny on a much larger scale.
Black Friday? It’s online. A clean-room suited delivery person will bring it to your door. Don’t go out to fetch it until they leave.
Not new? Well, not exactly, but we’ve been running fast and loose in the Granite State, depending on whom you ask. Our neighbors have been cracking down on all that dangerous liberty, though some, like Massachusetts, never really rolled any of their tyranny back.
Maskachusetts has had face-covering mandates most of the year and has done all it could to ruin lives and livelihoods. Their reward? As the actual Flu season starts, they have the worst COVID spikes in the region.
Masks don’t work. Lockdowns don’t work. But you know the saying. When at first you don’t succeed, Lock them down again.

What started with a two-week restriction to keep hospitals from being overwhelmed – it worked, they laid off hundreds of employees – that turned into a testing regime meant to use cases as a means of oppression.
Cases don’t mean anything either, but the political response thought otherwise. And here we are, reading orders from his excellency that include paragraphs like this.
