What happened in 2007 to elevate spending?
A Democrat controlled Congress. Just like in NH, but that started in 2006. That money has to come from somewhere. Emphasis on “where” is all that Democrats think of rather than on what Conservatives believe, which is someone.
It is sad that Democrats hate people.
