Here we go again. A detailed complaint against Windham election officials was filed with the NH Attorney General’s office in December regarding the September 13, 2022, Primary Election.
The primary election that will be held in Windham, NH, tomorrow (9/13/22) has the rare and dubious distinction of having a state-appointed election monitor to ensure all election laws and procedures are properly followed by Windham election officials.
The reliability of voting machines to accurately count votes has come under scrutiny. Especially since the fiasco of the Windham Incident that took place at the November 3, 2020 General Election. Those election results produced NH’s largest numerical discrepancy between election day vote totals and a subsequent hand recount.
PRESS RELEASE: September 16, 2021 – Windham, NH – On September 1, 2021, the attorney for the town of Windham received a four-page letter that contains a list of detailed questions regarding the town’s testing of their voting machines, as well as the handling of ballots.

It may be that the AccuVote machines can sometimes mistake a fold in a ballot as a bonafide vote for the candidate whose name, and the associated oval, happens to be on a fold on that ballot.

I am the Chairman of the Government Integrity Project (GIP), a recently formed organization that is laser focused on election integrity and holding elected and appointed representatives accountable – regardless of who they are. I have been intimately involved with demanding a forensic audit on Windham’s voting machines
I believe the preliminary results of the forensic audit of the Windham, NH voting machines as configured on November 3, 2020, show the aging Diebold ES2000 Model A Voting Machines cannot be trusted.
My effort is to accomplish what I believe the voters in Windham want, election integrity, through the use of a Special Meeting. I don’t want division. I want to see Windham voters use all the tools citizens in NH have.
The forensic audit of the Windham voting machines and ballots from November 3, 2020, is scheduled to begin tomorrow at 10 am – but that might be delayed if the temporary injunction I filed today is approved by a Judge in the morning.
The outcome of the 2020 election provoked serious doubt for most Americans, including myself. Between the online censorship, gaslighting media, unconstitutional mandates, and blatant disregard for transparency, our country is headed in a very dangerous and dismal direction.
