The New Hampshire General Court (i.e. our legislature) has finished its work for this year (except for a veto override session in the Fall).
I have crunched the numbers – i.e. the voting records of 2024 – to determine objectively which members are RINOs – Republicans In Name Only.
My guess is that if our primary is decided on personality, then Ayotte will win due to higher name recognition and having won a statewide election.
And my guess is that if the primary is decided on policy that Morse will win. He has a long history of enacting the policies that have made NH the best state in the nation.
As I said in part I, “When policies are at the forefront of an election, we win big.” I mentioned the huge win nationwide in 2010 but did not specifically mention our big wins here in NH. I suspect we all remember winning the House 298-102 and the Senate 19-5.
The New Hampshire General Court (i.e., our legislature) has reached “crossover.” The House has acted on all its bills and has started to deal with Senate Bills. The Senate has done the converse.
Inspired by an article about the recent elections in Virginia, it occurred to me that the same criticism could be made about the New Hampshire elections of 2022 or the recent special election loss in Rockingham County.

The GOP lost another special election. It wasn’t just the candidate, it wasn’t Trump. It was the GOP establishment that lost the election. The Committee to Elect House Republicans (GOP in NH) created the candidate’s web page. The Issues section is so bland it could have been written about a Democrat.
