That’s right. Jon Hopwood really doesn’t like Rich Girard. As in REALLY doesn’t like Rich Girard. So over at Ed’s post (“Manchester Fool Committee Strikes Again“) where he opined about Manchester Ward 2’s David Scannell and his role in deliberately publishing lawyer Karen Hewe’s letter about Rich Girard correcting Rachel Phelan’s Op-Ed on Manchester teacher negotiations.
