Western Pennsylvania’s energy workers hoped to communicate with the Democrat presidential candidates. The workers wanted the chance to defend the way they make their living. Their intention was to open a line of communication before the candidates decided to go to war against shale.

Elizabeth Warren’s Promise to Hurt the Poor and Make America Dependent on Our Enemies Again
A Quick take from this week’s program: Elizabeth Warren has a plan for American Energy dependence. She’s promised to implement it on day one if elected. It’s bad for you, job creators, the poor, and America, but it’s great news for our enemies.
“Eliminating Coal Is a Gas, Gas, Gas!”
On Tuesday, a few protesters dumped a few buckets of coal at the State House. It was, they said, a bold act of civil disobedience because they stole the coal from the Merrimack Station power plant in Bow. Yes, they admitted this.
You’re Fracking Welcome – Downed Drones, Seized Tankers, Oil Prices Barely Budge
The left hates fracking. They’ve gone to great lengths to stop it, from legislation to movies funded by Saudi Oil Sheiks to mobs and rants and scam science. And had they succeeded the recent disputes with Iran would have driven gas prices through the roof.
Why Isn’t Your Gasoline Pushing $4.00 per Gallon? We Blocked Democrat Policy, That’s Why
Venezuela is a major oil producing nation and unless you missed it that country is a mess. Iran is dealing with “crushing sanctions™” that will expand to other nations who continue to buy their oil as of today. OPEC cut production quotas in January. Why is gas in the US still so cheap?
Donald Trump Frees Poland From Russian Energy Influence
The Russians must be stupid. They, at least according to a number of unreliable sources, “helped” Donald Trump win the election. So, what? So, he is damaging their economy. Mr. Trump has opposed Russian interests, none more than energy production. He just robbed them of their Gas contracts in Poland.
Data Point – Climate change is mostly about virtue-signaling, not actually doing (unless you are the US)
About that “Paris Accord”? Reformatted, emphasis mine:
Nineteen nations “believe” in climate change. How are they backing up their statement of faith? China was praised for signing on to the Paris Climate Agreement and in Argentina reaffirmed its commitment to controlling greenhouse gas emissions. Last year, however, China increased those emissions by 1.7 percent. India, the fourth largest source for CO2, saw their emissions grow by 4.6 percent in 2017. Luckily for them, they too were praised for signing that “nonbinding communiqué.” Overall, the European Union raised their CO2 output by 1.5 percent. France, home of the Paris Agreement, is leading the diplomatic effort to save the planet. They increased their greenhouse gas emissions by 3.6 percent. . . .
If the nations paying lip service to climate change aren’t meeting their goals, imagine how poorly the oil-drilling, coal-mining Americans must be doing.
Governor Maggie “Fracking” Hassan
We are right to assume that Democrats favor subsidies for green energy projects, redistribution schemes like the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), and renewable energy standards that use government force to require power providers to buy more expensive wind and solar derived electricity to put it into the grid, because they supported, voted for, and … Read more
“Promised Land” – It’s Fracking Paid for in Part By Arab Oil & Gas Interests
About Uber-leftist Matt Damon’s new film about the evil American oil and gas industry… A new film starring Matt Damon presents American oil and natural gas producers as money-grubbing villains purportedly poisoning rural American towns. It is therefore of particular note that it is financed in part by the royal family of the oil-rich United … Read more
Where’d All The CO2 Go?
This is curious. Just when the Global Warming Monkeys we’re complaining about how its totally hot, like…as if we were experiencing, like, Global warming, Ok? OMG! So why is it so damn hot if US CO2 emissions from energy are nearing their lowest since 1991…without cap and trade? Could it just be the weather? … Read more
