Fast forward to “today”: we now have two trial court rulings coming out of the Rockingham Superior Court that is a direct result of this 1993 decision and which essentially order a complete takeover of the New Hampshire School system by the State.

There’s no chance that a Republican-controlled government is going to implement the recommendations of this report.
