Here’s A Trump Executive Order I’m Not Sorry to See Canceled
While Trump was deleting regulations (generally), he esentially demanded that the ATF “regulate” bump stocks as machine guns after the Las Vegas shooting that killed 58 people. The problem is that an Executive Order can’t override, either by deleting or adding to, established Law.

Unfortunately, YES!!!! What is so damn frustrating is usually you see the ATF every 3 or 4 years for a visit. They come in and check your records. They have paid John a visit about 5 times in the last 18 months, nit picking on little things just looking for a reason to get him in trouble. They were definitely on a mission to close him down. Well, they finally succeeded. My brothers all told him we would pitch in to help him fight the bastards but he said its not worth it. As of the end of December he will no longer be selling guns and will have until the end of February to get all of his repairs out of his store and back to the owners.

Back in May of 2011, the first stories about project Gunrunner and Fast and Furious started leaking into the blogosphere. American guns were used by Mexican drug gangs to kill a US agent and US made guns were turning up at other crime scenes involving Mexican Drug traffickers. But the story at the time was not the narrative the left was looking for. Being who they are, (Democrats) would demand that they short-stroke this ‘discovery” into expanding gun control legislation, and I’m not convinced that this was not a convenient side effect if not the entire point of the program.
