The New Hampshire General Court (i.e. our legislature) has finished its work for this year (except for a veto override session in the Fall). I have crunched the numbers – i.e. the voting records of 2024 – to determine objectively which members are RINOs – Republicans In Name Only.
With the final day of the session past us, it is time to reminisce (cue misty dream sequence) about the past few months. We’ve been sharing – to the dismay of some – a weekly list of Republicans who missed roll call votes (and how many). Today, we have two lists. The Republicans voted in … Read more
The New Hampshire General Court (i.e., our legislature) has reached “crossover.” The House has acted on all its bills and has started to deal with Senate Bills. The Senate has done the converse.

California and a few other states have already ended single-family zoning statewide. And that includes neighborhoods that were ALREADY single-family when people bought into them.
Thursday is session day, and if you missed Judy Aron’s round-up this morning, make a note to check that out (right after you’ve finished looking to see if your rep missed any roll call votes or if they missed a lot of them).
Claudine Gay was celebrated as the first black woman president of Harvard. She is not the first black woman to have reached the giddy heights of leadership in the US however. It all started in 2015, and it has taken almost eight years for Saifullah Khan, a former Yale student and an Afghan refugee whose family fled the Taliban, to see a glimmer of hope for justice.
It’s a complicated but important web to unravel. Citizen journalists take over when MSM journalists fail to do the most basic requirements of their job — due diligence.
I was a registered Democrat until 2019. I became independent after Congresswoman Ann Kuster made a call to ABC/Good Morning America to block female news reporter Amy Robach’s interview with Owen Labrie from airing.
More and more people here in the Granite State and across this wide land, realize that the weakest link in the whole Democrat anchor chain is Maggie “the Magster” Hassan (D-Phillips Exeter Academy). Nothing underscores this sad tale of woe more than when the Democrat leadership, sans the input from the rapidly failing Uncle Joe Biden, … Read more
After Jack Phillips and Masterpiece Cake Shop won in the nation’s highest Court, Autumn Scardina, a pesky liberal lawyer sued him for discrimination again. That suit got tossed, but at the time I asked, “What are the odds there will be a round three?”
As noted yesterday the legal team for Nick Sandmann has sent a letter informing some 50 high profile individuals and media companies/operations of the need to preserve “information” relevant to the pursuit of potential litigation against them. We’ve got the full list.
The vote has been cast. New Hampshire Democrats want you to finance in-state tuition for illegal immigrants. Slap! (Full breakdown of the Roll Call available on the jump) HB 474 passed 188 Yea 155 Nay, with 8 “republicans” joining the Democrat majority. The usual suspects, of course, Kidder, Gargasz, Lockwood, and a few others. It … Read more
From Spec Bowers… Casino bill was defeated by large margin, 199-164. I thought it would be close. I thought it would be closer as well but gambling is one of those issues that has broad bi-partisan opposition. There are factions on the left that are hard core progressive wellsprings that oppose gambling as if they … Read more
Children and poor families hit hardest So which Republicans’ voted against private scholarships for poor kids in New Hampshire? Ann Marie Banfield provided a list, with contact info, and reminds us (On Facebook), a vote against will actually cost taxpayers more. (I talked about it here yesterday.) The HB370 (repeal) passed 188 to 155 and … Read more
