Democrat State Rep Calls for Change – In the Democrat Party

Those unfamiliar with NH House Rep Jonah Wheeler need ot understand that he is a registered Democrat. A person of color. A young man who fulfills any number of Left-Wing victim class categories. He is also a Democrat who opposes allowing adults to mutilate children under the guise of it being what’s best for them.

He stood up before the assembled House last session and explained why he would vote to ban gender reassignment for minors. His reward for this was verbal threats of violence from his party in the anteroom to the House chamber.

They also swore they’d primary him and unseat him.

Three Democrats ran in a primary for two seats in that district, and Wheeler was the top vote-getter. It’s a heavily Dem district, so surviving the primary was effectively a ticket back to the Legislature, and last Tuesday, voters in Hillsborough District 33 did just that.

Wheeler is still a Democrat, but in 2024, he proved to be something rare: someone who thinks for himself and is not afraid to step outside the block-voting habits of his caucus on controversial issues.

We can’t say whether he’ll continue that habit, but while we wait, he has a message for everyone, especially those in his party.

Dem Leadership had more money than ever before, and got trounced. Wet bread could’ve done a better job than that. It’s time for a change. It’s time to find leaders who will meet the moment.
