Let’s talk about that carpenter-hating elitist nut job Jeanne Dietsch and her lunacy-promoting group, Granite State Matters. Much has already been said about her and her group, but a new 9-minute video appears to have been added to the site within the past month. If you freeze it at 5:26, it says, “94 legislatUREs trained to promote Koch interests.”
I assume they mean “legislatORs,” and they only list 91 in Concord, 2 of which are senators. As District 23 senate candidate Emily Phillips would point out, there were no senate roll calls for HB 1002, the RTK tax. Of the 89 reps that appear on the list, 26 of them voted for the RTK tax, and here they are:
- Abare
- Ankarberg
- Aures
- Bean
- Bogert
- Edwards
- Gerhard
- Griffin
- Harley
- Harrington
- Harvey
- Kennedy
- Lewicke
- Love
- Notter
- Pauer
- Post
- Potucek
- Renzullo
- Seaworth
- Terry
- Testerman
- Thackston
- True
- Verville
- Wallace
What’s interesting is that the above proven RTK haters are being accused by Granite State
Matters of harassing town, county or school staff because “they may demand extra reviews, audits, copies, meetings or paperwork.” Hmmm, that sounds kind of like RTK seeking to me, but those reps supposedly think they’re trying to curb such behavior by way of their March 21 roll call vote for the RTK tax.
