I opened the blurb for Friday’s Morning Update with “You don’t hate the media nearly enough. Thirty-Four hours later, and I’m thinking, you didn’t hate the Biden Administration nearly enough.
It’s no secret that Donald Trump has taken the word “war on drugs” literally. He has blown up boats and invaded Cartel leaders’ homes. Venezuela is no longer a narco-state, and its former leader is in an American jail awaiting trial. DEA and Border Patrol have blocked a significant amount of surface flow, forcing the drug mules to find other means.
2025 overdose deaths dropped at least 14%. Some states saw drops of more than 25%. In the first year of his Presidency.
Drug seizures from June 2025 to June 2026 were up 57% over the previous 12 months. “Tens of millions of fentanyl pills and thousands of pounds of powder in 2025.”

We all remember Fast and Furious. The Obama admin gun-walking plan. Let straw buyers walk American guns into Mexico and, when they show up in US crime scenes, use that as a predicate to pass anti-gun laws.
Joe Biden’s administration opened the borders, invited drugs, human and sex trafficking, criminal gangs, and enemy combatants, and now we’ve got another whistleblower who says they “walked Fentanyl.”
The most recent whistleblower complaint details a November 2022 fentanyl delivery from Arizona to New Mexico where Drug Enforcement Administration agents were told to monitor the shipment but not arrest anyone.
“Agents believe the courier made a minimum of at least five large deliveries over the following months, each time bringing 50,000-100,000 fentanyl pills and 20-40 pounds of methamphetamine per trip,” the complaint says. “The DEA did not arrest the courier until June 2023; at that time, agents found him with 19 kilograms of methamphetamine and 7 kilograms of fentanyl.” According to the DEA, as few as 2 milligrams of fentanyl can be lethal depending on a person’s body size and tolerance, and 1 kilogram of fentanyl has the potential to kill 500,000 people.
The new complaint also notes that during a training session, one DEA agent dismissed concerns about the operation, saying, “We walk fentanyl,” but adding that federal prosecutors were aware of it.
The whistleblower also alleges that Biden’s AUSA’s knew about the fentanyl walking.
The default excuse is one you’ll see on television. We’re using this guy (guys, gals, whoever) to get a bigger fish on the line.
Former U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico Alex Uballez oversaw the program, Howell said. Uballez publicly defended the operation, telling The Associated Press it saved lives, was key to intelligence gathering on drug traffickers, and that “the bigger fish are worth catching.”
You’d be right to wonder if that was just cover to flood the country with more drugs. I mean, the border was open. The second and third world were emptying their prisons and mental institutions into America with its permission. Known gangs were encouraged to head into the US. The UN and US, with NGOs, were running a conveyor belt up from Central America.
Given the scope, what lives are you saving by letting another mule bring death to America on that scale?

Following the encounter, Group 3 worked with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Mexico (USAO-NM) to monitor the courier’s movements via cell phone GPS pings, and intercepted phone calls over numerous wiretaps. Agents observed the courier make several more trips from Phoenix, Arizona, to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Agents believe the courier made a minimum of at least five large deliveries over the following months, each time bringing 50,000-100,000 fentanyl pills and 20-40 pounds of methamphetamine per trip. The DEA did not arrest the courier until June 2023; at that time, agents found him with 19 kilograms of methamphetamine and 7 kilograms of fentanyl.
They arrested the courier only after he had moved as much as 200 pounds of methamphetamine and up to 500,000 fentanyl pills. At least five trips. Why not two or three?
And where are Biden’s big fish?
We don’t know, and I doubt they ever wanted to catch any. The war on Drugs, prior to Trump, looks like another taxpayer-funded jobs program that needs the problem to be the same or get worse. Poverty, homelessness, the rise in mental health issues, promulgated by “government employees” pretending to be educators grooming other people’s kids.
They all look like scams, and there’s one in every federal agency, which is why the deep state, led by Democrats, hates Trump so much. His administration is unwinding the octopus which has undermined their funding schemes at the very same time Latin America is unable to fund its left-wing candidates and American Democrats are unable to fund their own.
Just a coincidence, I’m sure.
Trump’s DOJ is investigating the Biden Fentanyl walking, as is (I believe) the State of New Mexico, the beneficiary of all those drugs – at least as a staging point. All under the shadow of Trump’s very hot war on drugs that is having a meaningful effect on a problem the deep state never wanted to go away.
