Marine Corps Lt. Col. Scheller has been arrested and confined to the brig (USMC jail) for speaking out against his superiors handling of the retreat/evacuation of Kabul in August.
Col. Scheller was right in his assessment of the mishandling of the operation by Army General Milley (Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff) as it was certainly in Army terms FUBAR. We have abandoned American citizens to the Taliban and many have been killed along with those who were our allies for years fighting in Afghanistan.
If it serves military justice to imprison Lt. Col. Scheller for speaking out about his superiors’ poor behavior what about General Milley and his interviews for Bob Woodward’s book?
What about General Milley’s calls to his Chinese counterpart a General in Communist China telling him he would warn of any impending attack ordered by President Trump?

It seems logical that General Milley held to the same standard of military justice as Col. Scheller should be placed under arrest and held in the Army stockade until trial by court-martial.
What’s the difference?
Then-President Trump was Milley’s superior and Milley had plenty of bad things to say about Trump even going as far as talking with Speaker of the House Pelosi about getting the nuclear codes away from President Trump.
Just some thoughts on American justice.
