Democrat Speech Cop Brenna Connolly Wants Nashua to Police First Amendment Rights

Self-appointed speech-cop Brenna Connoly got her jimmies rustled this week. The Nashua Democrat activist took offense to an opinion that was not her own and promptly demanded that speech be silenced. The city dutifully complied.

From Beth’s post yesterday,

Brenna Connolly Save Womens Sports Tweet

Whether Brenna made the call herself and applied pressure to deny this right to free speech on the ‘Citizen Flag Pole‘ is unknown. What is clear (as vodka) is that this Democrat activist expects the Democrat-led city government to police first amendment expression under the guise of tolerance.

“We need to have a serious look at the approval process for these things…”

These things are First Amendment-protected public expressions, and Brenna expects the Gate City’s speech gate-keepers to think and speak as she does.

Achtung! Baby.

From now on, opinions outside the approved narratives are verboten.

But wait, there’s more!

Benna also supports BLM, which intimidates private citizens (who were minding their own business) into engaging in expressions to which they may be opposed.

Nice juxtaposition, Brenna.

And not very welcoming.
