Let’s take a look at some aspects of the “Grand Inquisitor’s” (Juan Merchan) farcical travesty of President Donald John Trump’s NYC trial:

- Juan allowed Stormy Daniel’s irrelevant sexual dalliance testimony into evidence solely to bias the jury against President Trump. Almost every President since FDR has had at least one paramour–remember Jennifer Flowers, Monica Lewinsky, Paula Jones!
- Michael Cohen, Juan’s star witness, has told a litany of lies. Cohen is a convicted felon, a perjurer, and a thief who bragged under oath that he stole $60,000 from the Trump organization.
- Juan excluded Federal Election Commissioner Bradley Smith’s testimony because Smith would testify that neither President Trump nor his organization violated any Federal Election Laws.
- Juan, from the Bench, harassed Attorney Robert Costello, a highly experienced and skilled criminal defense attorney and Michael Cohen’s former attorney. Then Juan excluded Attorney Costello’s testimony that, when confronted with prison, Michael Cohen repeatedly denied he had any evidence implicating President Trump in criminal activity. The world-famous attorney Alan Dershowitz classified Juan as a “Tyrant.”
- Juan’s failure to sequester the jury has allowed the biased Mainstream Media and others with Trump Derangement Syndrome to harass and intimidate the jurors into convicting President Trump despite the dearth of evidence against conviction.
- An unprecedented delay of a week between the close of evidence and final arguments. Fox News Sunday remarked on this unparalleled hiatus. Another opportunity to intimidate the jurors.
In summary, Juan, the “Grand Inquisitor,” has allowed an exaggeration of evidence, otherwise known as perjury, against President Trump and excluded any testimony that would have established President Trump’s innocence. In an ironic twist of fate, Juan’s conduct will result in Trump’s re-election.
Dante’s Inferno has reserved a special place for Juan Merchan!
