CONCORD, NH – Sen. Kevin Avard (R-Nashua) issued the following statement on today’s House passage of SB 52, regarding municipal tax caps:
“I would like to thank my House colleagues for standing up for taxpayers in Nashua and every other New Hampshire community with a tax or spending cap. This bill clarifies the intent of the Legislature since 2011, which is to empower local taxpayers to hold the line on out-of-control spending.”
