Orwellian: freedom from religion is religious freedom.  Owellian: freedom of speech has become freedom OF speech.  Both of our fundamental rights are being redefined to its exact opposite by the Marxist Left a la Political Correctness and “never offend anyone”.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

Sure, this may not involve the courts, but it certainly lives up to the spirit of the assault on American institutions.  She’s right – this is an assault on the most American of institutions – The Rule of Law.  Her rant is against the Huntington Park City Council for appointing illegal aliens to commissions.  Not citizens, not even legal residents, but illegal aliens.  So these two illegal alien men will have the voting power, as members of those committee, to dictate how legal residents and citizens will live their lives.  This is the American way, this is following The Rule of Law?
