GrokTV: PBS News Hour interviews Grokster Steve – The PBS News Hour version

I previously posted the full interview that Lisa Dejardins, Political Director for the PBS News Hour, conducted with Steve.  Her piece, talking about the different factions within the NH GOP in the run up to today’s primary, is here.  Steve’s interview, quite short, starts with some B-roll on the front end that they shot during the GrokTALK! show with the interview happening afterwards.  As you can see, only a small excerpt of the full interview made it to TV (start at 1:40):

Following Steve’s bit was Lisa’s “moderate counterpoint” to we “extremists”, Renee Plummer.  It is clear that the sneer was in full force – and shows that Plummer’s understanding of and what is important to Conservatives is totally unrealistic and off-base.  So, here’s the invite to Ms. Plummer – come on GrokTALK! and lets have that discussion.  Before you do, however, watch Steve’s complete interview captured (and unedited) by the GrokCamera; it should be rather instructive.  For instance, Plummer said this:

LISA DESJARDINS: She fears that the right wing of the party only wants control, not results or compromise.

If she listened to Steve, she would find out that it is EXACTLY results over which Steve (and the rest of us) are most concerned.  And why we think and say what we do when we see the results (or rather, the lack of results based on the rhetoric of the Big Government elected Republicans) as measured by actual votes and actual legislation.

“Winning is only a precursor; it is what you do afterwards that is most important.”
