I get an email every Friday from the Congressman for NH-CD1 recapping what a busy week he has had. It usually summarizes four or five issues he feels he was integral in bringing to fruition. He is a self-promotion star, and it has to be a must-read for his followers. For the other half of the population of New Hampshire, his email is tantamount to fingernails on a chalkboard.
The Brunson Case Could Provide a New Leviathan — Us!
I am here to say that the new case of Brunson v Adams contains the hottest balance-of-power issue I have ever seen. It is a case by an ordinary citizen– who believes his right-to-elect was violated by the various frauds going on at the polls in the 2020 election.
Journalists or Simple Hacks
The Progressive Liberal Left is apoplectic about Elon Musk and Twitter suspending the accounts of six journalists for seven days. The cries of censorship are loud and critical of Musk’s actions in the light of his proclaiming the new Twitter is a platform based on the first amendment and freedom of speech.
Disney To Launch New Pinocchio Network
After watching their quarterly earnings drop for a seventh consecutive time the masters of programming at Disney believe they have just the venture to overturn their capsizing business. Seizing on the spot soon to be vacated by a failing CNN network that can barely pull five hundred thousand viewers for their prime time programming, Disney … Read more
Pete Buttigieg is a Legend, Just Ask Him
Two years ago, Pete Buttigieg, or Mayor Pete, was a simple ex-mayor from Indiana. He was the Mayor of South Bend for eight years and had a failed attempt at a Presidential run in 2020.
Chris Sununu Spends 13 Minutes Bashing Republicans
Our Governor never misses a chance to violate President Reagan’s 11th Commandment. Sununu was interviewed on lefty Chris Ryan’s show, New Hampshire Today, on Wednesday.
Setting the Record Straight
As with other elections, I dealt with a number of inquiries on the 2014 Speakers election. This included several inaccurate representations of the race that took place that year. This also includes former and current House Representatives working for advocacy groups.
How Kids Are Exploited through Their Public School
Most parents think their kids are pretty safe at school. They know the teachers, and they know their motives are genuine. But there are a few ways that outside sources can get to your kids at school. You might be surprised at what is exempted and what information is collected about you and your children.
The Bill of Rights: On the Ropes But Not Yet Counted Out
December 15 marks the 231st anniversary of the ratification of the first 10 Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, known as The Bill of Rights. Sadly, most Americans have little or no knowledge of these amendments, which is the main reason they are “on the ropes.”
So, About Those Porno Books in Public School Libraries…
As loyal readers know, I have been sending out Right To Know demands to various School Districts around the State for the card catalog for their Schools’ libraries. I considered this small effort to be a “test case” to see how the targeted districts would respond.
Joe Biden Has Been Here Long Enough to Know Better
Joe Biden is trying to make significant changes to the Democrat Primary process in time to be ready for 2024. He is trying to change the sequence of the primaries to insert South Carolina into the number one position bumping the Iowa Caucus and the traditional First in the Nation Primary, New Hampshire. This action is not going to happen, it is a futile effort, and he should no better than to try. Let me tell you why.
The Nashua Spending Cap has its Day in Court
On December 7, 2022, Fred Teeboom, a former alderman and self-represented, took the City of Nashua to NH Superior Court for violating Nashua’s spending cap. I had the pleasure of attending part of the hearing.
The New Respect for Marriage Act — Where Does It Fit As Federal Legislation?
Cameron Kegan’s article “Why Any Federal Law Defining Marriage Is Unconstitutional” was published at GraniteGrok.com on December 13, the very day Biden signed the new federal law “Respect for Marriage Act.”
Dan Richard: Update on Voting Lawsuit
There is an update on the Voting Lawsuit I filed back in September. The State’s Motion to Dismiss was granted by the Court in citing a lack of “standing” and a failure to state a claim by which relief could be granted. The following is my motion to reconsider the Court’s ruling:
The Gold Standard Restoration Act
We have been blessed as a nation with the “gold standard” of government. Unlike other nations that grant rights and take them away, the basic premise of our Constitutional Republic is: “We are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights.”.
Are We Failing to Tell Government That They Work for Us?
Let’s take a look at the repressive measures the Bidenistas have employed on peaceful American demonstrators:
1.) The Pelosicrats ignored President Trump’s offer of the National Guard to supervise the peaceful demonstration at the Capitol. Remember, these same Americans peacefully populated the National Mall during President Trump’s speech.
Is the FBI Now Keeping a Database of Firearms Purchases?
Firearms owners know that in order to legally purchase a firearm you have to complete an ATF Form 4473 and submit to and pass a criminal history background check prior to taking possession of a firearm. Note that criminals do not have to do this.
NH GOP Delegate / Gunstock Area Commissioner Douglas Lambert – Restraining Order / Stalking Order Sought – Paperwork Part 5
Still catching up on a few things and hopefully, this post will catch up on all the details of this saga until the actual court hearing happens. Last time, it was set for November 29 and I arrived at Laconia District Court ready to video the proceedings (set for a 1/2 hour).
We Used to Laugh At Bizarro World, Now We Live It
Bizarro world was one of my favorite Seinfeld episodes. It was the story of Elaine meeting three new friends and entering a parallel existence where everything was the polar opposite of Jerry, George, and Kramer.
The Fight for Our Kids Continues
Last night was the Newfound school board meeting, and a presentation was given showing parents, teachers, and school board members some of the subjective pornographic material being taught to K through 5th grade with a focus on 1st and 2nd-grade material.
