The House members got a 5 page amendment to this bill yesterday – and the House rules are being broken by the House Majority – call it Tyranny of the Majority.  A Mobocracy by Democrats (shades of Obama current activities, and the mobocracy that gave us Obamacare).

The rules state that any bill that has a taxing component must have a hearing in a tax related Committee.  It hasn’t. The rules state that there must be a public hearing where members of the general public (that would be you and I) could testify for and against.  There hasn’t been.  It is a Democrat tax feeding frenzy – and they are ignoring the rules to make it happen.  Not only are they suspending or ignoring the House Rules but also Part 2 Article 24 of the NH Constitution (by Speaker Terrie Norelli).

The Republican minority protested this move by the majority.  Norelli knows that she only needs a majority + 1 and then maintains she can do what she wants.  Several Republicans, per the rules, rushed up with written protests – and that’s when the Mob Rule started.  The motion to protest was

First we get the news that Harrell Kirstein, NHDP Ray Buckles chief mouthflack, has moved over from being obnoxious from the NH Democrat Party to being a pin-cushion  for the re-election crew for US Senator Jeanne Shaheen (Progressive – NH) (emphasis mine, reformatted):

Now that New Hampshire appears to have an exciting race for U.S. Senate, the lead spokesperson for the New Hampshire Democratic Party will move to the re-election campaign of U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen.   Harrell Kirstein began as Shaheen’s campaign communications director on Tuesday. He is being replaced at the state party by Julie McClain, who was working as a press secretary for a U.S. senator from Hawaii.  Kirstein has worked in New Hampshire since 2010 in positions at the state Democratic Party and with President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign.

“While it has been fantastic working with everyone at the New Hampshire Democratic Party, I am looking forward to an exciting new experience and making sure Senator Shaheen is re-elected to continue her work for the people of New Hampshire,” Kirstein said.

And I couldn’t think of a better soul to be flapping flacking his gums, especially where THE issue of the campaign will be how Shaheen is connected at the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and head with President Obama.  After all, when you vote 99% of the time with him, you just might as well BE him, right?  Harrell, even as Obamacare is bringing misery & despair to most of us (except those who are on the good end of Obama’s redistribution efforts), we’gonna have fun with you.  Remember, back in 2009, she made a couple of promises.  Harrell, do you see what that sign says behind her?  Clear as a bell, her promises she made:

You should know the story of Parker Gilbert by now.  The student from London, England who registered from his dorm at Dartmouth and voted in Hanover.  New Hampshire.  A swing state.  Then he was accused of rape and arrested.  He is going to trial.  But hey, there’s still no vote fraud in New Hampshire.

Then there’s Florida.  Florida is a swing state too, and guess what?  A local NBC affiliate managed to track down dozens of “registered voters” around the Ft. Myers area who voted in November 2012 (like our boy Parker) and who are also not citizens of the United States. (They call it voter fraud in Florida.)

Jimmy Carter no longer has to worry about being called the Worst US President EVAH anymore.  His term was marked by incompetence of the overly micro-management and a naïvety concerning the relationships between the US and our enemies (the Soviet Union, Iranian Mullahs).  Obama?  I’ve waffled back and forth between that and what I’ve called Determined Weakness.  I finally made a decision:

• Dissing our military
• Gutting our military
• Throwing the healthcare industry into chaos

The Sierra Club and the U. S. Forest Service were presenting an alternative to the Wyoming ranchers for controlling the coyote population. It seems that after years of the ranchers using the tried and true method of shooting or trapping the predators, the Sierra Club had a “more humane” solution to this issue.

What they were proposing was for the animals to be captured alive. The males would then be castrated and let loose again. This was ACTUALLY proposed by the Sierra Club and by the U. S. Forest Service.

All of the ranchers thought about this amazing idea for a couple of minutes. Finally an old fellow wearing a big cowboy hat in the back of the conference room stood up, tipped his hat back and said ….

Suddenly, NH progressives are all about pledges. That appears to be their newest marching order to prevent Sen. Jeanne Shaheen from getting the pummeling she deserves for being Barack Obama’s vote for ObamaCare – DemocratCare for those who have watched it evolve from HillaryCare.

The Coalition of New Hampshire Taxpayers has had to listen to smarmy attacks on our Taxpayer Protection Pledge for years. Liberals never liked pledges before the one Shaheen so desperately wants Scott Brown to take. It is called the “People’s Pledge.”

My, my, I would think that a Taxpayer Protection Pledge was the real people’s pledge!

This People’s Pledge is all about “dark money” in politics. That means out-of-state money in this NH campaign. And it explains the silly anti- big money in politics warrant articles sprinkled around NH last week at Town Meetings.

Senator Shaheen likes the out-of-state money that got her elected, along with the out-of-state college votes. But let that out-of-state money help out an opponent and the shrieking begins. No one is to remember the total avoidance of the economy crushing ObamaCare fiasco Shaheen still supports?

As we all know a year ago Phil Consentino was FIRED from his position as police chief, and elderly affairs director, and he was fired for cause. What most Atkinsonians do not know is what that cause was. He was fired pursuant to a sexual harassment complaint from a female employee. It was investigated by a third-party firm, and the selectman, immediately upon reading their findings, decided to fire Consentino for CAUSE.

The accusers eight page complaint detailed almost 5 years of repeated sexual harassment from Consentino. YEARS of innuendo, suggestive comments, suggestive gestures, touching her, smelling her hair, groping himself in front of her, staring at her while touching himself, were all painstakingly detailed in her complaint.

I would ask what kind of pig would treat a woman this way, particularly a woman who works next to his wife, but we now know the answer to that question.

Women who carry firearms and are encouraged to learn how to use them have a significant advantage over those who have been disarmed by pro-rape Democrats and their Republican abettors.   Weight, strength, even numbers are no guarantee that a woman is an easy target for sexual assault.   She is no longer just another victim.

I don’t have the numbers but it doesn’t take a genius to figure it out.

Rape is most likely to occur where attackers know that women are most helpless.

In a state like new Hampshire, which values the right to self-defense, violent crime is consistently one of the lowest in the nation.  The majority of sexual assaults that do occur here happen in places (say…on or near college campuses) where prohibitions against firearms are not just advertised, but glorified by pro-rape Democrats.   Would-be attackers know these women have been disarmed by Democrats so the odds of a successful attack are greatly improved.

But that’s never enough.  Not for Democrats and their water-carriers.
