In her letter of March 17 in the Laconia Daily Sun (laconiadailysun.com) June M. Huot makes fun of the fact that most Americans are harmed by illegal aliens because she thinks flooding our country with illegal aliens increases Democrat Party power.

Huot doesn’t care that illegal aliens take jobs and depress wages causing millions of Americans to struggle to support their families.

Huot doesn’t care that illegal alien children take public school resources away from American children reducing their chances for success in life.  Nor is she concerned about the sick American children infected by illegal alien children.

Recent letters in the Laconia Daily Sun (laconiadailysun.com)  from Tom Dawson (3/20 and 3/25) and Tony Boutin (3/26) address an important topic, Right-to-Works Laws.  Dawson argues for compulsory unionization while Boutin argues for “Right-to-Work”.

Dawson makes the absurd claim that forcing workers to join unions empowers workers.  Compulsory unionization doesn’t empower workers; it empowers union bosses and the politicians they support.

Progressives fight for compulsory unionization because most union leadership uses union funds to support Progressive politicians and their progressive political agenda.

In my youth, America was world leader in every aspect of industry, mining, manufacturing, transportation, etc.  American industry provided most American families with comfortable lives on a single income.  Yet as government increasingly grew and implemented progressive policies, new rules and regulations have greatly increased the cost of doing business making companies fail, reduce wages and/or cut jobs, or move jobs overseas.  Jobs that provide high value products or services and thus support good wages have been eliminated increasingly leaving only jobs providing little value which only can provide low wages.

As Steve points out, the hypocrisy is strong with the Left.  Along with Apple, Angie’s List (who has been advertising heavily on TV as of late (at least in my local area) also decided to weigh in on the Indiana RFRA, saying that it would not continue with a planned $40 million expansion of their HQ.  Curious, though, not even a whisper of pulling out of the other States that have similar laws on the books.  After all, if you ACTUALLY read the RFRA law (which I did), it doesn’t do what Angie’s List claimed (or, pretty much most of the Left) but it decided

So when we last left the Saga of the Poli-tics “Do you know who I am” Demanders, Dennis Senibaldi and Al Letizio, the latter had decided to actually send me an email. Well, emails sent to me (or any other Grokster) are covered for “usage”.  I answered it in a fashion that I thought was rather nice (given the range of options possible).  After all, from our Policies and FAQ page (written at the time we opened the doors):

As we observe all this manufactured outrage, get used to it. This is just a skirmish before the real battle – the efforts to persuade the public that whoever is the 2016 GOP candidate is eager to conduct a war on gays and women and whichever other group the Democrats want to motivate to vote against Republicans. I noticed that my students who are mostly 10th graders and not all that politically aware about the day-to-day stories on current events all knew about Indiana’s law and the ensuing outrage. Young people are more likely to vote on cultural issues rather than economic or foreign policy issues. This skirmish is preparing the ground for 2016. The Republicans should figure out how they’re going to defend against such attacks or, what happened to Romney, will happen again.

(Examiner.com) Despite the Hoosier State’s Governor Mike Pence stressing the new law wouldn’t legalize discrimination against certain individuals or groups, but instead would protect the religious convictions of service providers such as pro-life pharmacists forced to sell abortifacients (abortion-inducing drugs), a number of high profile pro-LBGT advocates have slammed Pence and the Indiana legislature. One of the more prominent would be Apple CEO Tim Cook, who the Gawker.com news portal tagged in 2011 as “The Most Powerful Gay Man in America.”

Today the Derry News posted an editorial regarding the budget fight in the town of Derry, New Hampshire. You see, the Derry Town Council wants to do something so shocking it’s almost unheard of – they want to actually cut taxes for residents!

The town of Derry has one of the highest tax rates in the entire state of New Hampshire. The Derry News editorial is severely lacking in facts and the unions in Derry aren’t telling the truth. Almost every single year since 2007, taxes have been increased. In 2007 the tax rate was $22.05/$1,000 and in 2013 it was $31.49/$1,000. During recent town election, the biggest gripe residents had was the tax rate is too high. Town council members ran on the promise they would cut taxes and indeed they are keeping their promise.

Remember when the left snapped and went insane over Chick-Fil-A?  The company CEO said he did not approve of gay-marriage (which for context effects a very, very small portion of a very, very small portion of the population), and not in any way with regard to what Chick-Fil-A does.  They will serve anyone, their CEO just doesn’t believe in gay marriage because of his religious beliefs.

For context Obama is trying to be Nuclear pals with a financier of global terror who would kill every homosexual on the planet if permitted to do so because of their religious beliefs. No one is boycotting Obama, his donors, their businesses, or Democrat supporters.  They are all too busy pretending that Indiana just passed Jim Crow for Gays.

Anyway, in the midst of the, for lack of a better term “Two Minutes Hate” for Chick-Fil-A, the CFO of a medical supply company–one of those really smart people we’re always hearing about–made a video of himself being a complete ass to a polite young woman in the restaurant drive-thru.   He posted the video and waited for Instant-Internet stardom to rain praise and glory upon him.

That didn’t happen.  And since then, it has only gotten worse.

Frankly, this outrage about Indiana is yet another “two minute of hate” set up by the Left given that for 20 years, the Feds have had the same Religious Freedom law in place (and 20 other states).  Yet:

Moral: a Red State enacts a Religious Freedom law and the Left is screaming. over POSSIBLE discrimination.  Yet, Obama is playing footsie with a Theocratic regime that outright KILLS gays and is funding ISIS that throws gays OFF BUILDINGS?

And no outrage at all?  Thus, this is all about the narrative to, once again, demonize those that stand up for deeply held religious faith and to shut up and destroy them.

There is no tolerance on the Left, for all their bluster and any tactic that wins is morally acceptable (this is a direct result of the Left’s war on time honored, time tested absolute values for mere Relativism in which what is good is now bad in a cultural heartbeat (generally based on what the Left wants politically).
