Our storm chaser and climate guy, Ron Moore, tells us that New England (in particular) is probably in for a colder than normal April and May.  We also talk about active storm patterns and how the Plains and Mississippi Valley should have a more normal/active Tornado season in 2015 after several very quiet years.
