Lawless Police in Methuen Massachusetts

“There is respect for law, and then there is complicity in lawlessness.” Rebecca MacKinnon

LawlessThe Bay State sometimes lives up to their anti-second amendment reputation, “institutionally.” The laws in the Bay State for guns are restrictive. But, after many hoops jumped through, Bay State Subjects can still own, possess and carry guns in the Bay State. Despite that, some law enforcement officers, still seek to make that ability selective. Selective, because despite the law, they are lawless.

I used to put up the chart of Obamacare agencies – this is just as bad

That previous chart (in here, somewhere – I can’t find it) basically showed what we now know today – it ain’t gonna work.  Ever.  Even if the Govt took all our money to fund it, it is doomed to failure just because there are too many moving parts that absolutely have to work seamlessly.  In a world of partial knowledge, fallen men, that has about as much chance of success as me being the UFC champ in the light heavyweight division (my current weight).

And here is the equivalent chart for Government “charity” – how it decides how to give other peoples’ money away in its attempt to be viewed as “compassionate”.

Folks, there is no thing as a compassionate government.

No, they don’t teach that in Concealed Carry Class

holstered-gun1Guns for Beginners: Three Things They Don’t Teach You In Your Concealed Carry Class – that’s that title of a post over at The Truth About Guns that caught my eye.  While I have never had to take such a class (not needed here in NH), it listed three items that just aren’t covered in such a class that, well, are true:

  • Carrying a Gun Makes You Paranoid – At Least at First

It does, it really, really does.  No matter what caliber or frame you carry, nor how you carry it, it’s different.  And being more an introvert than an extravert (ok, you can shut your very wide open eyes in disbelief now), it was also “awkward“.  IS everyone looking at me?  Can my friends and family stop looking at me?  They MUST know, right?  On the hip, in the pocket, inside the waistband…..

Not really

Honesty, finally: “Abortion allowed me ‘to live my life’”

Gosnell baby-b with slit neckWell now, one of the original feminests, Gloria Steinem, finally admits the truth.

Whenever the argument comes up between pro-death and pro-death, the normal argument that comes up is around incest and rape – the edge of the cliff.  Always to the extreme of their end where they plant their flag and always, always to move the moral argument to the illogical end of “how can you make that poor innocent girl SUFFER!  You cold hearted b*******!”.  And then walk away, smug (but always willing to haul out that “just a blob of tissue” silliness w/out ever admitting that they were such once.

Nope, she came clean said what most of us on the pro-life side know to be true most of the time:

I wouldn’t have been able to live my life otherwise.”

Selfish. There is no other word for it.

Scam

On November 4th the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office issued a press release announcing that it will join “24 States, Cities, and counties” in defense of  the EPA’s clean power plan (CPP). There are 18 states involved in this ‘defense’ posture, half of whom are already bound up by a the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. These RGGI states have been paying higher electricity rates for years as a result of the sort of carbon trading schemes and regulations that CPP would impose on the entire nation.
