NHRTL lost a decision on a Right to Know request at the New Hampshire State Supreme court but the language the court used to dismiss sounds a bit sketchy to me.
The state Supreme Court ruled that Planned Parenthood was not subject to many of the right-to-know provisions in state law because there was insufficient evidence that the bulk of its funding comes from public sources.
If state law does not apply because “there was insufficient evidence that the bulk of its funding comes from public sources,” then how might other state or federal laws apply (or not), under the same circumstances?

Today, the Senate President and House Speaker called us into a special legislative session to be held on Thursday, June 16. This special session, which will result in an additional cost of thousands of taxpayer dollars to reimburse legislators and for staff time, is being held because on June 1 the NH House three times rejected a “Christmas Tree”, legislative grab bag bill known as Senate Bill 485.
We rejected this legislation on a voice vote. We then rejected it on a division vote. And finally we rejected reconsidering those rejections by a 187 to 157 Roll Call vote.
Racism is real. I know it is. I’ve witnessed it from a few different groups against a few others. Personally, I think it’s brought about by embracing ignorance and illiteracy, but that’s my opinion based on nothing but my own observation. Racism is not a one way street. And it is not only white against black or vice versa. I’m talking about real racism where one group holds another group as inferior simply for being of a different race or several races. This definition may not please some, but who cares.
I know the racist pimps mostly (exclusively?) on the left that make money off of white and black friction like to pretend that racism is only centered around black and white people. It’s not. That’s a falsehood perpetuated either out of ignorance or deceit, but a falsehood nonetheless. But the pimps are not alone, many believe that myth.
It’s also not an exclusively American phenomena, but, again, some like to pretend that it is. Remember when Obama used the “N” word last year? Do you remember what else he said?

Looks like a bunch of lefty anti-trump filth went with “5. All of the above”. Here’s an example of a woman trying to attend a Trump rally in San Jose, California yesterday getting yelled at and pelted with eggs and bottles. Obviously, given the filth attending the event it goes without saying, but I must comply with Grok rules and provide a warning: there is crude and vulgar language on the videos linked to on this page.
