On Tuesday, towns across New Hampshire will be holding local elections, including Windham. While many elections can sometimes be petty, recent school board elections in Windham tend to be contentious. Certain people in the town like to have power and when they are on the cusp of losing it or when they have lost it to good people; they lash out with lies and deceit. Former Windham Selectman Al Letizio Jr. is a perfect example of this as is his sidekick Dennis Senibaldi, a current school board member.

Both Senibaldi and Letizio Jr. are supporting Rob Breton and Keleigh McAllister for school board. Breton currently sits on the board and McAllister, although they claim she’s been extremely involved, hasn’t really had much to do with the school board. Breton was on the board when Senibaldi was willing to shove an almost $600,000 contract with Cenergistic through a couple of years ago without even reading the contract first or researching the company. Breton abstained from the vote rather than voting no.

Ayup: Liberals are always talking about no voter fraud at the ballot box.  Problem is, is often happens much further upstream (remember ACORN getting busted on this ALL over the country?) (reformatted, emphasis mine):

OHIO: Liberal activist jailed after voter fraud guilty plea

A paid liberal activist from the battleground state of Ohio was sentenced to six months in jail after she pleaded guilty to 14 counts of voter fraud on Monday. Rebecca A. Hammonds was originally charged with 35 counts of “falsely registering people to vote and forging signatures on voter registration forms,” and admitted to 14 counts, Salem News reports. Hammonds was a paid canvasser for the Ohio Organizing Collaborative, a group pushing people to register to vote in Columbiana County.

“It was fraud. It was dozens of forms where people that were deceased or just forged flat out. They signed their name and it wasn’t even the voter, the wrong date of birth, wrong streets,” said Columbiana County Elections Director Adam Booth in mid-2016 when Hammonds originally plead not guilty, according to WFMJ. Booth said Hammonds was caught because his office “take the precautions and double check to make sure that all the information matches up, from their first name, middle name, last name, to all the identifiers.”

NH is not the first state to grapple with how to handle student voters from out-of-state. Those who want to enhance their non-resident votes by taking advantage of our election in a swing state have powerful friends in office, in the courts, and media who don’t mind helping one political party over another. The only way to combat them is to educate NH citizens. I am offering this Massachusetts brief of an 1843 case about domicile. It is not a hard read. It asks some great questions regarding how to determine domicile and the decision of the court seem fair.

Yesterday, the Raymond Police Department received a letter from the American Civil Liberties Union of New Hampshire (ACLU NH) regarding their recent behavior on social media. The police department is currently requesting that Raymond voters agree to spend $6.8 million on a new police station. The current police station was built in the early 1990s. Some people in the community are questioning the need for a new police department and have expressed their concerns and/or dissent on the Raymond Police Department’s Facebook page.

Apparently the Raymond Police Department (RPD) doesn’t really like views that don’t agree with theirs.  It started when two different Raymond residents posted comments on the RPD Facebook page that questioned the need for a new, and rather expensive, police department. Not only were comments deleted but the residents were blocked from posting their views at all on the page. Citizens also commented on the new Constitutional Carry law that went into effect recently and had their comments deleted.

OK, that’s good so far.  However, it goes downhill from there – fast.  First off, he complete twists the idea of a what a Right is:

Yesterday the New Hampshire House had the opportunity to vote on HB478, an unnecessary piece of legislation that purported to create rights for people who already had them. What it actually did was advance the Democrat-Socialist deconstruction of sexuality by making it illegal to dismiss men from any accommodation on public or private property that previously limited access to biological women.

No, there is no law on the books that specifically prohibits men from these places. That’s more a cultural/anatomy–some would say a common sense–thing. But there is also no law making it illegal to remove them upon request or when their motives are suspect. No one with a penis could sue you out of business over asking them to leave your publicly accessible ladies bathroom.

HB478 changes that. It gives access to any man claiming to feel like a woman making it a crime to ask them to leave. Yesterday the New Hampshire House decided that was not something they wanted to promote.

As the GOP-ers are bandying on about the new health care plan which looks remarkably like the old health care plan which was decried by the same people pushing the new health care plan, I thought I’d toss this out for some to chew on.

Below is a nice instructive graphic from a few years ago illustrating the cost to Americans on various sectors over a period of time, 2005-2014, I believe.  (I saw it on Twitter, but chased down a nice analysis  here.)  Some sectors, in green, have costs shooting off the top of the graphic like the one for safe-space, tolerance free-zones where you can get credentialed in group think snowflake studies or be booted off  campus.  Other sectors, in red, have some prices plummeting like Hillary’s chances on election night after Pennsylvania blushed red.  Guess what one of the main the differences is between the green items and the red items.  (Hint: one contains something that rhymes with bubsidized).

As Cato’s Daniel Mitchell points out, the chart is  “an excellent opportunity to show that sectors of our economy that are subsidized (mostly by third-party payer) are the ones plagued by rising prices.”

Since UNH has about 10,000 students and about half are out-of-state tuition kids, this random sample provided by the Durham Police may indicate, statistically, that we have a number to work with if we want to measure non-citizen voters. Just for arguments sake, how about 2,500 just from UNH.
