Democrat New Hampshire House Rep. Thomas Katsiantonis is charged with trying to cheat the state of New Hampshire by refusing to pay, what’s the term, “his fair share.”

(Girard at Large) As alleged in the complaints, Mr. Katsiantonis owned and operated both Grand Slam Pizza and Tommy K’s Restaurant and Bar. The theft charges allege that Mr. Katsiantonis, as owner and operator of Grand Slam Pizza, stole over $277,000 in monthly meals and rental tax payments from June 1, 2011, through December 31, 2016.

“The regrettable announcement by the USA makes it inevitable that Europe must facilitate a cost efficient and economically feasible climate policy to remain internationally competitive,” Matthias Wissmann, president of the German auto industry lobby group VDA, said in a statement on Friday.

“The preservation of our competitive position is the precondition for successful climate protection. This correlation is often underestimated,” Wissmann said, adding that the decision by the Unites States was disappointing.

The VDA said electricity and energy prices are already higher in Germany than in the United States, putting Germany at a disadvantage.

Now we know what the Paris Accords were really about — hampering U.S. industries to make Europe’s more competitive.

Heh!  Those that voluntarily have put chains upon themselves are TICKED OFF that we have refused to wear their chains!  Did they not know our history and our “up your’s” Scots / Irish attitude towards authority?  The Europeans have turned themselves into a not well run Collectivism but are unhappy that both the British and us have told them to stuff it?  And now they are all uppity and looking for retribution / revenge.  While many are screaming (or sobbing) over what we’ve done, at least one sector of Germany’s industrial might is going “Oh crap, we’re screwed – and we did it to ourselves”.  Yeah, that mandate for “responsible energy” is yet another set of chains, eh?

On Thursday, the New Hampshire House of Representatives voted on a fetal homicide bill, Senate Bill 66 (SB 66), that seeks justice for unborn babies who are killed in a violent act. The unborn baby would apply to those who are viable, after 5 months of pregnancy, and the bill specifically states that pregnant mothers, abortion doctors or anything that results as an intentional termination of the pregnancy due to medical causes, are not part of this legislation.

In other words, if an unborn baby of a mother, who plans on birthing her child, is murdered or killed whether intentionally or unintentionally by another human being, the mother can seek justice for the death of her unborn child. Currently, if an unborn baby is murdered in the mother’s womb, there is no justice.

New Hampshire’s Democratic congressional delegation has harshly criticized Republican President Donald Trump for withdrawing the United States from the Paris climate change accord.

They said the decision ignored the impact that climate is having on the Granite state and beyond and also cedes the leadership role on containing greenhouse gas emissions to other countries, including China.

“Yea, but lawyers told us we can’t.” That is the mantra from longtime Republicans in NH when you ask about stopping voter fraud. I have heard this for years.

I have been lied to and mislead by lawyers for 30 years. That is not unusual. But for people who claim they want their political party to win elections, it is a puzzling comment – or excuse for not wanting to get your hands dirty fighting progressives.

What is more puzzling is why, when the Constitution, numerous federal as well as state court cases are in your favor, Republicans take the fetal position of, let’s face it, “anonymous lawyers told you so.”

According to the Union Leader Executive Councilor, Andru Volinsky asks every contractor who comes before the State to tell him how much they pay their employees. He thinks contractors doing work on the state dime should pay a minimum of 15.00 per hour.

Volinsky believes the state should use its leverage as a major customer for contracted services to insist on a minimum wage of $15 an hour for employees working on state contracts, ranging from highway paving to snow removal.

A new report released shortly after the forming of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity finds that more than 5,000 individuals were determined to be non-U.S. citizens registered to vote in Virginia.

Dubbed a “sequel” to a similar 2016 effort, the latest study found 5,556 voters were “quietly removed” from the records for reasons related to non-citizenship “between 2011 and May 2017,” according to an advanced look at the findings provided by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF). Of the total registered, one-third of unlawful voters managed to cast ballots—leading to a total of more than 7,400 illegal votes cast, according to the report.

CNHT has released the results of Hew Hampshire’s participation in the Interstate Crosscheck Program, before, as they point out, the Secretary of State – who is probably crafting a carefully worded explanation or a means to dismiss the obvious.

Back in November of 2016, NH joined the Interstate Crosscheck Program which matches the First, Middle Initial, Last Name, Birthdate, and last four digits of the SS# of New Hampshire voters with those of registered voters in the 27 other member states.

The NH Secretary of State has not released the results – but CNHT is.

This Thursday [June 1], a number of Democrat women – and perhaps some men – intend to protest what they aver is widespread and malevolent “misogyny” in the NH legislature.

Apparently, these women don’t read books – even bad ones – so one presumes it was only after it was made into a bad television series that they discovered the 1986 science fiction novel “A Handmaid’s Tale“.
