The Trump Tax Cut will benefit poor and middle income Americans

pdf header tax cuts jobs act2To the Editor:

Americans could almost be excused for believing the lie that the Trump tax cuts would harm poor and middle-income Americans because Democrat politicians and the mainstream media have been lying about it so persistently, enthusiastically, and authoritatively. But rational Americans have learned to question everything that Democrats, including most of the mainstream media, say.

The Trump tax cut will benefit poor and middle-income Americans; even the Washington Post admits that about 8 in every 10 Americans will see a tax cut next year. Working Americans should see the benefit in their February paychecks. Only about 5 percent of Americans, almost exclusively people with incomes in the top 10-15 percent, will have a tax increase.

DNC Deputy Chair LOVES him some Antifa (thus endorses its tactics)

nazisantifaSHOT: uber-Progressive Keith Ellison, Democrat Congressman (D-MN) and DNC Deputy Chair endorses Antifa

https://twitter.com/keithellison/status/948657342308147202

Antifa is a far-left group that uses violence to achieve progressive political ends, including starting riots and fires at the University of California, Berkeley. While the group claims to be anti-Fascist, they routinely shut down the speech of people they disagree with. Antifa clashed with far-right protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia, last year…According to Bray, it is acceptable to use violence against “fascism” because what he considers to be fascist ideas — like those shared by right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopolous — aren’t worthy of debate.

Yes, The Feds Can Arrest and Charge Elected Leaders of Sanctuary Cities with a Crime

Suit in handcuffsThe effort to put pressure on sanctuary cities hopped back into the news cycle this week following remarks by Thomas Homan, the acting head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

We need to hold these politicians accountable for their actions,” Thomas Homan, acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, told Fox News. “This isn’t the America I grew up in. We got to take these sanctuary cities on. We got to take them to court. And we got to start charging some of these politicians with crimes.”

And yes, the Feds have that authority.

NH Democrats: School Choice is Only for Children who can Afford it

sad_child2

Yesterday, the New Hampshire House of Representatives voted to pass Senate Bill 193 (SB 193), AN ACT establishing education freedom savings accounts for students. The goal of the bill is to allow parents, who choose to set up an Education Freedom Savings Account (ESA), to receive a small portion of the taxpayer dollars they are already paying to the state back, to use for their child’s educational needs as they see fit.

There’s been a lot of lies and misinformation spread by Democrats and of course, New Hampshire Unions, but the main purpose of the bill is to allow children to have the best education possible. Not every parent can afford to pay high property taxes, which are mostly spent on local public schools, and then turn around and pay tuition to send their child to a private school that best serves their child’s needs.

ESAs will help give parents more choices for their children if they are not in a public school that is meeting their child’s needs. Some children thrive in public schools, others do not. A parent knows better than a government official, their child’s educational needs. SB 193, is another option for parents, especially those who cannot afford to send their children elsewhere.

Oh the outrage…

“Outrage supposedly felt on behalf of others is extremely gratifying for more than one reason. It has the appearance of selflessness, and everyone likes to feel that he is selfless. It confers moral respectability on the desire to hate or despise something or somebody, a desire never far from the human heart.”

This Asshat of a moderate Republican sounds like a Democrat – no understanding of Individual Liberty

Obamacare JackbootBack from Dec 19th (updated based on the passage of the Federal Tax Reform bill): We no sooner get the Obamacare Individual Mandate jackboot off of our healthcare necks via the Tax Reform Act than this Republican Senate Jackal, US Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA), would be HAPPY to see the States turn around and put in their own Individual Mandates.

What the h*ll is he thinking, given that they promised to get rid of Obamacare.

Quick Thought: Good decision, Chris

hooksett NH toll boothsYep, still unwinding the stack and will be for quite some time.  Couldn’t let this one go by without a quick thought and glad to see that Chris Sununu put a stake into this gawd-awful idea that Republican (you know, the Party of LESSER and cheaper government??) Executive Councilor Russell Prescott wanted to raise the tolls simply to speed up already planned highway fixes (if you’d stop raiding the Highway fund* you’da been there by now):

Gov. Sununu says he won’t allow highway toll increase

Net Neutrality – nope, not the State’s business

internet-access-530x397

This has been sitting in my stack of stuff since mid-December, so it’s time to FIFO the stack. Our Democrat Congressional Coven just can’t seem to let go of the idea that Government has to do everything for everybody at every time.  Especially troubling to them is if Government ratchets up the regulatory environment, it can NEVER EVER be loosened.

Like with Net Neutrality.

Planned Parenthood Net Revenue from 2017 Report – $1,459,600,000 (That’s $1.46 Billion)

Planned Parenthood 1.46 BillionThe only thing that triggers Democrats more than saying the word “Trump” is suggesting that they shouldn’t be taking money from you and giving it to Planned Parenthood. They’re apoplectic at the thought. Some Neo-Feminists will sit and knit if you put Trump and Planned Parenthood (women’s health, etc) in the same sentence. And women knitting might be the least feminist thing after staying home and baking cookies.

So what will they make of this?

Progs Are Pissed That The Feds Are Going After Eco-Terrorists

PipelineThe media splash stories in large font types “above the fold” when pipeline failures fit their progressive narrative. But we never hear a peep out of them when the source of those failures is a man (woman, whatever)-caused disasters at the hands of liberal Eco-Terrorists.

In October 2016, a group of five demonstrators cut through padlocks and chains to enter the flow stations of the Dakota Access Pipeline.  Dubbed Valve Turners, they shut off the pipeline’s valves, temporarily stopping the flow of oil through the pipeline.  Local law enforcement officials in North Dakota apprehended the group. A court found two of the protestors guilty of felony charges, two more are awaiting trial, and a fifth was found guilty of second-degree burglary.

Abortion Statistics: “Inexpedient to Legislate,” Says N.H. House

statehousehouseThe New Hampshire House today rejected HB 471, on abortion statistics. The bill would have put New Hampshire in line with the Centers for Disease Control, which has collected statistics for abortion surveillance for many years.

The vote on an “inexpedient to legislate” motion was 200-154.

Two hundred legislators voted like people who are afraid of evidence-based public health policy and afraid of political retribution from abortion providers.

How many children are terminated annually? It doesn’t matter, was the unspoken message in Representatives Hall.

Here is a simple question.

Deep State Creeps

2017-12-05-8bb51beaThe short story emerging from “Mueller Enterprises Unlimited” is this – in my humble opinion.

Long before Donald Trump came along, a rogue FBI agent – the Bureau’s Associate Director, teamed up with two knucklehead Washington Post employees to take down a sitting president.

The highly placed FBI source of damning information against then-President Nixon was called “Deep Throat.” His name was eventually leaked decades later. It was Associate FBI Director Mark Felt.
