Adam Exton died suddenly at the age of thirty-five, and this is a tragedy. Any loss of life is, but the irony should not be lost on any of us. Adam may be a victim of his policy preferences, given his position in the Canadian Government prior to his untimely passing.

In 2012, Adam won the Ontario Young Liberal Volunteer of the Year Award. He received a degree in political science from the University of Toronto. Adam spent many years working at various levels of government, eventually holding the position of Director of Parliamentary Affairs at Health Canada. During the challenging times of the pandemic, Adam was part of the leadership team that led Canada’s health response to COVID-19.

As is increasingly the case, the cause of death is unknown and not disclosed. Adam died on December 9th and has been buried. We do not know the cause of death, and I have been unable to find it online.

If anyone sleuths it up, let us know. We will update the report, especially if it was something not-so-suspicious, like being hit by a bus or found dead in a hotel bathroom after an alleged robbery, at which nothing was obviously missing except the life of the deceased.
