Hal Shurtleff on His Free Speech win at the US Supreme Court (Shurtleff v. City of Boston)

Fresh off his 9-0 SCOTUS Free Speech win (Shurtleff vs the City of Boston), Hal Shurtleff, the co-founder, and the director of Camp Constitution joins us to talk about the case, the experience, and free speech in America.

We just cut Hal loose and let him walk us through the process. How it started, the players for and against, supporters outside the Court, and the attention this has brought to similar violations of free speech rights on flag poles in cities around America.

From Massachusetts to Ohio, he explains how this decision has changed how cities handle their “public flagpoles,” as well as the case in Nashua with our own Beth Scaer who is in discussion with the same Lawyers Hal used regarding Nashua’s continued refusal to allow her to fly the Save Women’s Sports flag.

We also cover firearms, shootings, Natural rights, soft and hard targets, the decline of gun rights across New England, and the Left’s was on self-defense in general. And we get some updated news on Camp Constitution.

It’s a great episode, I hope you’ll make time to listen.
