FYI: CNHT is the ONLY state-level taxpayer group, along with 10 or 11 town groups that are calling attention to the fact that Obama/Biden AFFH act is being implemented in NH.
Some of us have personally been told by Sununu’s crony developers that they have the governor ‘in their pockets’ and will put unsightly apartment buildings ANYWHERE THEY WANT IN TOWN, even if the planning board denies the permit, thanks to the HAB, which is an unelected board of developers and realtors installed by REPUBLICAN SENATORS in 2020. The HAB can REVERSE any decision by ANY board at the town level.
