The “GOP”-led House passed HB 1609 yesterday, which removes the ultrasound requirement from the law banning late-term abortions, which guts the law banning late-term abortions.
If passed by the Senate, New Hampshire will again once allow … with a wink-and-a-nod (how Sununu-esque) … abortion up to birth (and for all we know post-birth). SUN-KING SUNUNU STRONGLY SUPPORTED HB 1609.
