NH-NeverTrump Journal put Imposter/Figurehead-president Biden’s What-Are-Republicans-For question to various GOP candidates, including the three candidates for Senate: Don Bolduc, Chuck Morse, and Kevin Smith.
Bolduc, by far, gave the best answer. He was the only one to say ending COVID mandates. Morse, in contrast, still apparently believes that government can prevent the spread of a virus.
Bolduc also was the strongest on the border. I would have preferred more specifics such as that Congress should force Biden to finish the wall, but his answer, “secure the border” was still better than Morse’s “protect the border” because I don’t know what that means. Smith gave the weakest answer, saying that the border should be secured only against “criminals and drugs.”
What was missing in all the responses was CRT and Big Tech and the politicized DOJ.
No federal dollars should go to States that teach CRT … by any name … in its public schools. And the GOP needs to pass legislation treating Facebook, Google and Twitter as public utilities.
Big Tech should NEVER again be able to censor and ban political speech, let alone during an election. And the GOP needs to do whatever is necessary to stop the DOJ from using its practically inestimable powers to push a political agenda, including abolishing the FBI if it turns out that the political rot there is incurable.
