It’s not getting better for sleepy Joe at an increasing rate: Only 35 percent of respondents approved of President Joe Biden’s job performance, according to the CIVIQS rolling job approval average.
Biden also received record-high (56 percent) disapproval from the poll, with nine percent having no opinion. The poll showed Biden with net approval of negative 20. This comes as Biden has been in office just less than a year and has dealt with a host of problems so far: a supply chain crisis, record-high inflation, and botched Afghanistan withdrawal.
The CIVIQS rolling job approval average had 147,731 responses tracked between January 20 snd January 4, just less than a whole year of Biden being in office.
Now wonder I’m starting to see posts that are slowly asking the question: will the Democrats primary Biden in 2024? While the two major Parties will protect their own at almost any cost, there comes a time when enough is enough – both Parties are too cowardly and lacking in Loyalty to go down with the person perceived as being the proverbial boat anchor. If this keeps up, and Toes Up Kamala continues to do almost as badly, the Dems know they are in deep sneakers. I think the current count is 23 US House Reps who have already retired or announced they aren’t going to run for re-election (not wanting to be in the minority yet again).
So, what’s the over/under as to when Pelosi and Schumer completely ignore Biden when it comes to legislation? Will they only depend on the phrase “sign here [you doddering fool]” to still be operative even after the next to last operative grey matter cell flickers into its ignominious senescence?
