Well, that’s what Democrats call it and yes, it sure is. It includes any and all, no matter what they believe. It doesn’t matter how they behave or what they do (especially if they donate lots of money).
Take for instance Antifa (anti-fascist) which is far from being anti but fully supporting of real fascism and act just as Hitler’s “Brown Shirts” (e.g., the “SA”. Street violence, looting and arson, assaulting and murder – everything the SA did back then Antifa does now.
Not any kind of distant relative, Black Lives Matter is closely joined at the hip reinforcing all that Antifa does plus more. BLM leadership are self described Marxists with the goal of destroying our American Republic by “any means necessary”. Defund police, release violent criminals (including rapists, pedophiles and murderers). Should we rely on hopes and prayers that we’re not in the criminal’s sights?
How about those “follow the science” climate change fanatics who have been wrong about every prediction of gloom and doom for forty years. We get one summer when the average temp rises a degree or two and “it’s proof” but if cooler it’s just weather. Massive wildfires out west are proof but half of them are carelessly caused by humans or outright arson. That, however, doesn’t seem to matter.
About those Paris Accords now.
If the Green Gang really believed their own program why in the world aren’t they screaming for China and Russia and half the rest of the signatory countries to hold to it as they demand that we should? Smells like a scam; pretty sure it is a scam. Brings me to the fossil fuel bans. Another oil pipeline is in the Left’s sights for closing.
As I mentioned above about weather – winters are still winters and the vast majority of Americans depend on oil for just about everything. There is no ready replacement for it so what the heck do those in Washington think we can do without it? Do they even care?
Pandemic panic promoters are big on masks of questionable usefulness and untested vaccines proving to be limited protection and even dangerous to many. Why, when, are there over the counter medications as good or better? Or is it just the projection of unlimited power they seek to project?
Yup a big tent, but as one writer here suggested “if it wasn’t for their double standards they would have no standards at all”.
