Will Governor Chris Sununu Protect NH From Joe Biden’s Mandatory Vax Edict?

by
Op-Ed

Dear Governor Sununu: Where does New Hampshire stand on the Presidents announcement of forcing public and private organizations to be vaccinated? As of today 19 Governors and 2 Attorney Generals are moving to counter the unconstitutional actions of the president. Where does New Hampshire stand?

Earlier this year a law was passed (the Medical Freedom Law) which states,

“No person may be compelled to receive an immunization for COVID-19 in order to secure, receive, or access any public facility, any public benefit, or any public service from the state of New Hampshire, or any political subdivision thereof, including but not limited to counties, cities, towns, precincts, water districts, school districts, schools, or quasi-public entities,”

… that was then signed by you.

Will New Hampshire stand with the other 19 states? Or will it stand by and allow our freedom to choose what is best for us be trampled?

As a constituent of New Hampshire, I would strongly request that our State stand with the other 19 states against an unconstitutional executive order.

Our system of government instills that these kinds of orders be passed through the legislative branch and signed into law.

The Medical Freedom Law that you signed was not done by executive order but passed by a majority of Representatives elected by the voters of New Hampshire.

We do not have Kings, or royalty by the Founders designs within the Constitution as they already had experienced tyranny first hand. No President should be making sweeping and far-reaching changes to the American people by the whims of a single order, or series of orders.

These actions stand against the very principles of the founding document of the nation. So again I request that New Hampshire stand with its fellow States against these actions.

Look forward to hearing your answer,

David A. Gibson
