The United States Supreme Court refused 5-4 … with John Roberts joining the three “liberals” … to issue an injunction against a Texas law that gives citizens authority to file civil suits against those who carry out abortions after six weeks, with those found guilty forced to pay $10,000 to the plaintiff.

While this is obviously a positive development, it is NOT a final decision. That means that there is still time for the quisling John Roberts, Charles Schumer and other Senators, the “mainstream” media, and all the the “usual suspects” to pressure Brett Kavanaugh into changing his vote (like Justice Anthony Kennedy did in the 1992 Planned Parenthood vs. Casey decision).
But if Kavanaugh holds firm, this is great news for three reasons.
First and most importantly, the law will save the lives of unborn babies.
Second, if other Red states follow Texas’ lead and pass similar laws, it will make it more difficult for the Left to turn Red states Blue. Leftists presumably will be less inclined to move into states that regulate abortions and Leftists within these states presumably will be inclined to move to Blue States … already, the left has compared Texas to the Taliban, begun setting up funds for Texans seeking out-of-state abortions, and called for private businesses to move their operations out of state.
Third, the more we “balkanize” … Leftists in Red States moving to Blue States and America-First in Blue States moving to Red States … the better the chances become of peacefully splitting into two countries. We have nothing … NOTHING … in common with the Left anymore, and the Left is intent on subjugating us and controlling every aspect of our lives. The quicker people realize this and realize that the situation can be solved ONLY with a national divorce, the better.
