Catholic University Denies Employee a Religious Exemption Then Fires Them for Refusing to Get The Jab™

A Patriot from Nashua shared disturbing information with me today, and I feel compelled to try and help her and her family. “I was let go Friday 7/30 from Rivier University, a Catholic university in Nashua. They denied my religious exemption for the shot.”

They threw the Pope at me as an excuse to not let me keep my job. They also denied my daughter 4 classes away from her degree. No accommodations and no appeal.

The “medical freedom” law appears to help only those employed by government entities in NH.

Don’t citizens employed in the private sector “have a right to decide how to treat their own bodies and decide what medical interventions to accept or decline”?

Don’t citizens employed in the private sector also have the “natural, essential and inherent right to bodily integrity, free from any threat or compulsion” by their employer to accept medicines or an immunization?  If government entities shouldn’t mandate that people take medicines or vaccines, employers and businesses should be held to the same standard.

Other states are working to prohibit employers from requiring vaccinations as a condition of employment.

Montana “makes it an unlawful discriminatory practice for a person or governmental entity to deny services, goods, privileges, licensing, educational opportunities, or employment opportunities based on vaccination status or whether someone has an immunity passport.”

Do we need to have a special Vaccine Bill of Rights to prohibit mandatory COVID19 vaccinations like Alabama, Minnesota & South Carolina that would “prohibit businesses from requiring any person to receive COVID-19 vaccines”?

As the Governor and Legislative Leadership of the Live Free or Die State, we’re looking to you to make this right.  No one should lose their job over a jab.  No one should have to choose between losing their job or taking an “experimental drug.”  Patriots in New Hampshire will be watching for some action to come from Concord soon.
