Yes, I know it was frustrating because it wasn’t as decisive a victory as the Monday, June 14 meeting, but take heart: it was still a TKO. The board limited who was “allowed” to speak, how long they could speak and managed to get a few genuflecting minions up at the mic.
They interrupted most of the speakers who criticized them, added some extra law enforcement, cut off the public comments when many were still waiting to speak, and … we still won.

Ask Bill Belichick about that; he’ll tell you straight to your face that a win is still a win. Here’s the link to the video taken by the same wonderful lady who recorded the Monday meeting:
It’s much shorter than the Monday video, so won’t have to wait long to hear those genuflecting minions telling us, the dissenting taxpayer, that we’re not interested in the truth, we’re aggressive (I dedicate the title of this op-ed to that dear little snowflake), we don’t respect our neighbors, and we should tone it down a bit. The arrogance and intellectual dishonesty of those comments simply beggars belief.

The outpouring of questions and commentary addressing the hateful, racist and bigoted CRT curriculum and the abhorrent social branding of the prom-goers are just two of the many issues raised about this problematic school district, and it shows that we are very much interested in the truth. No amount of projection is going to change that.
Likewise, calling people unneighborly and aggressive for demanding answers does not make it so. To paraphrase Judge Judy, if you don’t like yelling, don’t come to my house. And if defending our kids is not neighborly, so be it. No one in their right mind would sacrifice their children interests in order to be “neighborly,” especially if that neighbor happens to think anti-white bigotry and publicly shaming teenagers is somehow acceptable.
No, we’re not going to tone it down. Why would we? We’re winning.
That’s why it’s so important to stay vigilant. If you see something, speak up. Write an op-ed. Tell your friends about Granite Grok. Tell them to tell their friends about Granite Grok. Share links. Prepare a statement for the next SAU meeting. Volunteer to read a statement written by someone who isn’t allowed to speak at your SAU meeting. Get them to define their buzz words. These are just a few suggestions.
The tables have turned, and we’ve finally got them on the ropes. Let’s keep them there.
