Monday Overnight Thread – “Please Don’t Have an Emergency at This Location” Edition

With a bit of modification, I think the notice in the image above would work well on a T-shirt, plaque, yard sign; the options are endless.  Send it to congress, put it on the Flag. Make it our next American Agenda.

Please do not have an emergency at this location. Where. ‘Merica!

Dammit!

The world we live in, however,  wants the opposite. Everything is an emergency, everywhere. An entire political party is indoctrinating entire generations into trouble makers. Not necessarily people inclined to lawlessness or misbehavior in the traditional sense, though there are many of those. These are people incapable of not making everything a problem and unable to keep it to themself. They excel at making it yours or making you pay for it.

On the bright side, especially here in New Hampshire, we have many groups and people and some very determined individuals working to protect a different worldview.

We want a state and a nation where individuals accept more responsibility, where every problem is not a matter of collective action, by which I mean government action—a safe space for liberty and people who value that.

We need it.

New Hampshire has tried hard to be this place. We’ve done okay, but we need to do better. So, with that in mind, I give you several completely off tangent memes to clear your mind because it is Meme-Storm Monday, and maybe, just maybe, the distraction will help you think of new ways to prevent future emergencies “at this location.”
