County Commissioners Vote to Ban #Woke-a-Cola Machines From Public Buildings

Coca-Cola got busted back in February for an online program that told their employees how to be less white. Another corporate shill abandoning common sense to fringe popular outrage. One County in Noth Carolina has had enough.

“The left-wing in America, they defund, they boycott, they cancel, they tear down statues — all sorts of egregious actions,” Eddie Harris, Surry County county commissioner, said. “The expectation from them is the opposing political side will cower in the corner and we’re supposed to accept that and it’s supposed to be OK. And it’s not OK.”

The county commissioners voted 3-2 in favor of banning Coca-Cola vending machines in county-owned buildings after the company criticized the state of Georgia for passing voter integrity laws aimed at securing elections.

Yeah, #Woke-a-Cola was all-in on the left’s approved narrative for voting. Their just #woke at Coke. They probably spend more on diversity and equity staff and programs (in-house Marxism) than many companies will bring in in a year.

That master’s in Gender studies doesn’t pay for itself yet. Someone has to hire these morons. And hire them they do. Though I can’t quite grasp why.

Millions in payroll, benefits, and office space to create reeducation programs add up costs and divide the workforce into factions.

And the constant whining, complaining, and anger. Who wants to work there, and how do you keep people from occupational suicide. You can’t. They let it across the threshold, and now they can’t get it out.

It’s the same complaint I had when UNH got busted with their Bias-Free Language Guide.  Comrade President Huddleston had all mention of such things erased from the public electronic face of UNH – in the name of free speech. But all the admin, staff, programs curriculum, and culture that spawned it remained.

They’ve been poisoning that water hole ever since.

And so it goes with Coke unless someone buys a majority of shares and creates a culture that opposes Marxist SJW BS.

And no, this gesture from Surry County will not doom the company, and I do not expect a cascade of similar votes in other counties (how #Woke is Pepsi?), but they took a stand for the right reason. Coke’s position on election integrity legislation lacked facts and sanity. It was partisan knee-jerk junk, and we need to point this out.

And silence is violence. If they’re going to call you names, at least say something first.
