The U.S. Supreme Court rejected a challenge to Obamacare on Thursday in California v. Texas on technical grounds, holding 7-2 that the plaintiffs — some 17 Republican-led states — lacked the standing to bring a suit against the law.

This represents a big win for Chris Sununu who over a year ago had his then wingman Attorney General Gordon-Diversity-and-Inclusion-MacDonald join the lawsuit ON THE SIDE OF THE DEMOCRATS DEFENDING OBAMACARE:

Republican Gov. Chris Sununu said New Hampshire will join 17 other states in defending the Affordable Care Act as a case that is aimed at repealing the law goes before the U.S. Supreme Court.

New Hampshire’s selfie-loving, Sun-King Governor was taking no chances, however. He is such a supporter of Obamacare that he also signed a law that MADE OBAMACARE STATE LAW:

Gov. Chris Sununu is poised to sign a Democratic bill that would protect certain portions of the Affordable Care Act by codifying them into state law, his office said.

Curious, then, that Selfie-Sun-King Sununu has not touted his big Obamacare win on his twitter. Almost as if he does not want to rub it in the faces of the real Republicans he betrayed, but whose votes he desperately needs if he runs against Mags Hassan for the U.S. Senate.
