Unless you are mentally unfit or a minor, you have the right to refuse medical treatment. Any treatment from run-of-the-mill to life-saving. You can also refuse to be part of experimental human test trials, especially those where everyone but you has legal immunity.
Related: Am I Vaccinated? Thanks for Asking – I Volunteered to Be In the Control Group…
I mentioned this in passing yesterday on Life with Liz (listen here) in the context of an earlier article about volunteering to be part of the control group. We didn’t have time to pursue it further, so I wanted to revisit it here.
The entire public health tyranny began as two weeks to flatten the curve. Unless you were under a rock (with no wi-fi), you know how mission creep lead to the long-term public health tyranny we “enjoy” today. A political response that will ultimately result in more harm to public health than the virus.
At some point during this serial denial of basic human rights, the idea that we were doing this for others became popular. I mention that because your right to refuse mask mandates or distancing meant you might kill grandma. Ergo, if you refuse the experimental vaccine, you’d expect a similar response (you heartless bastards).
Is that going to work?
Well, after getting vaccinated, you are still expected to mask and distance. Why? You could, presumably, still kill grandma, so say the experts who brought us masks, mandates and distancing.
They say you can still carry and transmit a virus that 99.7% of the people who actually test positive before the so-called vaccine – (give or take a tenth) need not fear.
Getting or not getting a shot(s) in the arm has the same proscribed outcome – it might kill grandma.
But it was the state that killed grandma, and you do have a right of conscience, to choose to be in the control group, a right to refuse that should not be refused.
We can add to that your HIPPA rights to privacy, and in New Hampshire, the constitutional protection of a right to privacy.
It is illegal to make you take it (Nuremberg code), illegal to shame you into taking it (anti-bullying laws), nor can they discriminate against anyone who has not had it or refuses to share that status.
So framed, there is no circumstance where an employer, business, or public place can or should be legally able to deny you access afforded everyone else based on whether you choose to reveal whether you got a particular treatment or opted out.
These are important points.
The general population has been abused by politicians, the media, and corporations into thinking these rights no longer exist or that you need to abandon them for whatever good they imagine when even their data tells you it’s not necessary.
No good is achieved by sacrificing your rights to a self-proclaimed Public Health Tsar to prevent the spread of any virus, let alone one that kills so few and only in the most obscure and limited circumstances.
To wit: Gen Stark had it right when he said death is not the worst of evils.
The political response to this flu and the real and unnecessary damage it has done to lives and livelihoods, as a result, is more than enough proof of that.
As for the vaccine, it is up to you to make an informed decision. You should be free to decide for yourself but you should respect the rights of others to do the same and reject the hysteria.
