On January 20, his first day in office, President Biden signed an Executive Order on “Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation” which promises to destroy all sex-based rights for women including our rights to our own sports.

In light of that, I was surprised to see a recently-announced initiative from the US Army that acknowledges the biological differences between men and women, something the executive order does not.
A writer for Stars and Stripes reports:
The Army has for a third time in three years adjusted its combat-driven fitness test to include new scoring tiers for male and female soldiers meant to acknowledge their “biological differences,” top service officials announced.
“This new (tiered) evaluation system has a goal of achieving two objectives.” … “First, it recognizes above average physical performance — something that’s inherent to the Army’s culture. And, second, it accounts for the recognized physiological differences between men and women and removes the direct competition between males and females.”
The US Army acknowledges there is a substantial difference between men’s and women’s physical abilities but Commander-in-Chief Joe Biden refuses to acknowledge men’s advantage in sports.
Biden is demanding that we allow “direct competition between males and females,” resulting in women losing awards, spots on teams, and college scholarships. As Abigail Shrier wrote in the Wall Street Journal “Joe Biden’s First Day Began the End of Girls’ Sports.”
