You should read Albert Jay Nock’s Our Enemy, the State (If you don’t want to buy the book, there’s a free PDF version here).
As well as Theodore Dalrymple’s 1997 article in City Journal, Don’t Legalize Drugs. I don’t care what your position is; I just read it, and it’s much shorter than Nock’s Our Enemy The State. Trust me, you’ll be enlightened about the human condition, culture, and politics, and we all need more of that, which brings me to this.

To summarize, we’re on a f**king ledge, and it’s either wet or windy, maybe both, and the Woke Oligarchy would like us to fall, and barring that a push might be in order.
Reading, learning, remembering, teaching, repeating, passing on this knowledge, and more can save us. It must, but only if we make that happen.
People need to understand what has happened, where we are, where we should be, and why we need to move to save the Republic that has been ripped out from under our feet like a rug.
