Liz Cheney, Wyoming’s own Jennifer Horne, seems to think the GOP is the party of white supremacy. She feels the GOP needs to make clear this is not the case. CNN and other Leftist outlets can barely contain their joy.
Here is propaganda coverage of the Democratic Party.
“In a speech on Tuesday in Washington, Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney said something remarkable.”
Cheney said at an event at the Reagan Institute, of the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol:
“It’s very important, especially for us as Republicans, to make clear that we aren’t the party of white supremacy… You certainly saw antisemitism… the symbols of Holocaust denial. … a Confederate flag being carried through the rotunda. We, as Republicans in particular, have a duty and an obligation to stand against that, to stand against insurrection.”
Understand this. The fact Cheney is spewing this nonsense is an invitation to the left. She invites the left to allege the entire GOP is racist. The fact she is raising the question is evidence something deeply wrong is afoot. That is where the leftists are taking this utterance.
If she really believes the GOP is a racist party as she asserts, which is doubtful, then the moral thing to do, the only thing to do, is to quit the party immediately.
She’s not doing that. Why? Because she does not believe what she is saying.
She also knows the left will use them to smear her colleagues. She knows the left will use them to smear any American who dares to speak against the excesses of the left. She is defaming tens of millions of Republican voters.
Why does she not care that CNN and other left-wing outlets are happy to use her and will be happy to spit her out when they are done with her. This is not the leadership the Republican Party or Republican voters need.
So, Liz, let us have your lecture on our racism. Lead us with your light out the darkness of our white supremacy. What have you got? Put up or shut up.
